Stayed Jun 5, 2025Property is in great location and is very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. Reasons for 4 stars instead of 5: No paper products at all, except toilet paper. The instructions for wifi from Evolve were incorrect, so had to contact owner, who got back to me fairly quickly. Also, we killed 2 large roaches in kitchen and another got away. Contacted owner who said he would get an exterminator out right away, but never did. Despite the reasons for a 4 star, I would stay there again. It is a very nice house. I do recommend it.

Stayed May 9, 2025The house overall was nice. Yard is great for pets. Neighborhood is quiet. Provided coffee which was nice. They may need to work with cleaning company. Dirty dishes in the sink. Laundry in the dryer. In addition, if you are planning to cook there are zero items provided…not even salt and pepper which I find to be standard. Master shower did not have soap… we later found 2 in the other Shower. This host also asked to clean dishes and put away. Most just ask to start dishwasher on exit. Overall we did have a nice stay And the property met our needs nicely.

Stayed Mar 13, 2025We were attending a dog event and stayed for 4 nights. The house was very nice with a nice fenced in backyard. We had 2 small dogs with us. We had a small issue when we arrived with a low battery on a detector beeping. Call our contact and he answered immediately and we got the issue resolved very quickly. The only main issue I feel is that the front door comes unlatched very easily. Have to have to door locked so it doesn’t blow open. It was very winding during our stay. Would stay here again.

Stayed Jan 16, 2025The house had a couple of issues that were resolved very quickly with a chat with the manager. He made things right with us very quickly. Very comfy beds, my kids loved that their bed was adjustable and so was the master bedroom. We were able to park my Tahoe in the garage. We kept the dogs in their kennel in a small seating area off the kitchen. HUGE backyard for the two dogs to run around in, but if you have small dogs you need to watch them because there are gaps around and under fences. My little min-pin could easily fit under and through gaps. Kitchen had everything we needed for our short weekend stay. Would stay here again. FYI the WiFi code is on the bottom of the box on the table next to the TV.
