The host communicated really well. The house was welcoming and they had instructions for all household appliances. Check in and check out was very easy. Overall a great experience.

Honestly, if I could leave a 10 star review I would. The house and Jonathan, the host, were outstanding! We were in town for a long weekend and it exceeded my expectations. There were 6 adults and 5 kids. We had empty beds! The bunk room was so much fun for the kids. They have thought of everything. The toys, games, karaoke, shuffle board, fooze ball, pool toys, playground, putting green, video game, hot tub, and pool gave everyone something fun and different to play with every day. They even have a life size chess board. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. I have slept in hotels where I can barely walk the next day because of the mattress. These were loved by everyone. The kitchen is well appointed. The location is great for dining out or ordering in. Lots of pooltowels were provided and a washer and dryer so we could pop them in at the end of the day and start fresh the next morning. The kids had a blast with the Karaoke and stage for their performances! It had a separate large family room for enjoying a movie at the end of a long day. They also have locks high up on the door frame so you don’t have to worry about the little letting themselves out to the pool area when an adult is not around. They have really thought of everything! It truly was the best family vacation and the house was a huge part of it. Lastly, we had a change of plans at the last minute and they allowed us to stay an extra 2 nights even though the house had already been cleaned for the next guest.

A great property for our family group of parents, teens, and young children. The house had ample room for all of our activities and offered great amenities, including a gorgeous pool, great outside seating areas, and a fully stocked kitchen. Johnathan is highly communicative and ensured an excellent stay. We especially appreciated the house manual with dining and attraction recommendations, as well as the QR codes throughout that provided instructions for using the appliances. The arcade and pool games provided a lot of engagement for the kids, and the house is in a great neighborhood close to groceries, restaurants, and museums. Our family vacations together in a different city every summer, and our stay in Tulsa was truly outstanding.

This home is absolutely amazing. We had a wedding in town and needed a place for 6 adults and 6 kids. This was the perfect place. Plenty of room for everyone and a Disneyland backyard had the kids happy morning, noon & night. Great pool, putting green, play structure, giant outdoor chess game, foosball made for a very fun stay. In addition there is a karaoke room that our granddaughters had so much fun with. This home was designed and laid out so thoughtfully. Jonathan was a terrific host and communication was easy and timely. If you have questions during the stay Jonathan was always quick to get back to us. This home is absolutely a 10!!!

The house was perfect for us and our family. Plenty of rooms and beds were comfortable. The spaces to hangout and have fun were great too - the kids loved the bunk room and the adults appreciated the large living/dining room area. We could all be together to enjoy each other’s company but did not feel crowded at all. Truly a great set up for big families!

Our family of 14 had an incredible stay! The accommodations were fantastic, featuring a fun karaoke room and comfortable bedrooms. The property was beautifully maintained, and the heated pool was a favorite among the kids. We felt secure exploring the lovely neighborhood, even at night. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future!

We stayed here to celebrate my sons 18th bday with friends & family. This house did not disappoint! It was classy, modern, yet comfy and lots of fun. Our crew had no problem finding something to do. Loved the pool and the amazing hot tub. We loved the system they have in place for the pool and spa, it made having the perfect temp hottub, exactly when you wanted it effortless. The backyard is truly amazing! So much to do. Weve never spent so much time outside, in a vacation property, in the middle of a big town. It truly feels like your own private oasis. The bunkbed room is so neat. We didnt have any littles with us on this trip, but the younger ones would totally LOVE this room. All the bedrooms were very nicely thought out and provided great spaces for privacy and to have a place to take a break from the others. The gathering spaces like the karaoke room, game room, living room and dining room were perfect for us all to gather to eat,and hang out. We especially loved the karaoke Room. A few of the guys brought guitars and we spent hours singing karaoke in the..so much fun. The house was so easy to manage, they send you a digital handbook with absolutely every piece of information you need..amazing beds.i could go on and on. I cant say enough good things.about this rental. These owners also made an exception for me on something and i trully trully appreciated it and think they are great people and this is a great place so dont hesitate to Book you will be very happy with it!

The activities available for kids ages 8-12 were fantastic we never left the house and the kids were entertained all day. Perfect summer getaway
