Photos don't really do the house justice. It is very warm and comfortable for a family of 5. We stayed over Christmas and it was decorated with a Christmas tree. Kitchen excellent, great oven. Quality showers. Hoping to stay again.

We've been to Ireland about 20 times so far, but this stay definitely belongs under our top three! We had a fantastic 18-day-vacation at Tullig Rock House. The house offers all you need and the garden is just gorgeous. We enjoyed the conservatory a lot and also the outdoor seating areas. With only cattle and sheep as neighbours this place really is some nice refugium. Many thanks also to Nora who was always helpful with any kind of question. We'd love to come back again!

It was a lovely three bed tw bathroom house. The surrounding area was beautiful. The only negative was we could not get WiFi even with the codes given throughout our stay.

We stayed over the Christmas period and wow. The house was decorated beautifully and on arrival i walked into a beautifully clean and more importantly, warm, home. I met with Nora and had a fantastic chat. She is a fantastic host. The house itself is beautiful and is a credit to Bridget and her family. It is very modern but keeps its old style charm. Beautiful setting and ideal for visiting West Cork. Even with the wind and rain lashing down on us we had a great time. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone and would love to go back. 5 stars all the way ....

Upon check-in water was turned off by county(?) for repairs. We were not made aware of this by owner, manager or care taker. First night no water to flush toilet-wash hands/body parts at all-brush teeth-make tea, etc. The next morning awoke to same issue. Emailed property manager Nora and she said to make sure the string in shower is pulled til red button shows, however there was no string or button. I called # given and told her again no water and that we had to run out to buy bottled water to brush teeth, wet wash clothe to wash atleast our faces so we could get on the road early to our next sightseeing destination and she said she would look into it and get back to me. She got back to me and said it should be fixed she hoped, by tonight. Upon returning home again that night to no water I ran out again and purchased larger bottles of water and no help again for this issue from host or manager. Next morning being upset about this situation still ongoing and no water!! I called and txt and emailed again about no water. This time the nice grounds keeper apologized and said that he will try to get answers for us. Later that day after setting out to see the sights (delayed because of time spent using water bottles to get washed (6 people & one menstrating 20 yr old.) received a call/txt saying that 11-7 water would be off due to repairs and it was announced on the local radio( how was I to know this?). We cut our day short to rush back to allow everyone to shower-not!

We had 10 people from three generations staying at the house and cottage. It was nice that the grandparents could retire over to the cottage while the younger generation stayed up a bit later at the main house. But there was enough space to share meals together at the main house. We really enjoyed the sunroom. Lots of fun kid/teen/young adult stuff to do nearby in Rosscarberry.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tullig Rock. I stayed with my children and grandchildren to celebrate my 80th birthday. Also we were particularly pleased to be in Rosscarberry where my father grew up. Surfing much enjoyed by some and visits to Cork and Clonakilty by all. Nora very helpful at all times and we appreciated the Cottage as well to accommodate us all. A very special holiday.

Spent a very enjoya10 days visiting family in West Cork. A large very modern and tidy house 10 minutes from Skibbereen and other nearby communities in west Cork. All modern conveniences. Beautifully maintained and very peaceful. Plenty of room for three adults.

The process was smooth and every one of my family, 7 all together, said the pictures don't do it justice. They don't and especially the solarium which was our gathering spot. It's a short hop to N71 which is like the spine of west Cork. We really liked Rosscabery, about 6k, and Clonakilty and Skibbereen to wander about. Three superb restaurants in Rosscabery, Market House, Pilgrim's, andbook early as it can be hard to score a table. If you want a place that invites you to roam the Irish country rather than tick off the boxes of places to see, Tullig Rock would be outstanding.

Very well presented, not somebody’s reject furniture. Fine for us but if you want to be near lots of facilities without a car not ideal. Lovely house, lovely area
