Stayed Jun 19, 2018Tulip Tree Cottage is a wonderful place for anyone wanting to stay in southeast England. My family enjoyed our stay there immensely - we wish we had more time to spend here and would definitely consider it on a return.

Stayed May 15, 2026James, our host, followed our car as we drove in, and was unlocking the cottage door as we were exiting our car. He took all the time we needed, to explain the facilities, and told us to call on him if we had any problem. He lives very close, and we did have a question, and he made no fuss about being disturbed. The cottage was entirely excellent, easy to live in, and comfortable. Tha garden and woodland is peaceful, and lovely to sit in; and there is a gate opening onto a footpath beside a wheat field,

Stayed Oct 1, 2025Beautiful location, walks from the door and a fab pub on the doorstep. Hosts were non intrusive but available and welcoming. Everything was just perfect. Reasonably secure garden so perfect for my older dog, my youngster I kept on a flexi to be safe.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024Lovely location. Clean and well equipped. Owner was particularly helpful especially when we had an unfortunate power cut ( not owners fault). Car charging facility much appreciated. Good places to eat within walking distance. Would recommend The Pig fir something special.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024Great Cottage with super back garden. Very convenient for dog owners and location to Canterbury. Local shop and pubs close by serving great food. Only negative is double beds are quite small so if you are a large frame could be a tight fit.
