Tucked in among trees, get away in this charming home short walk to the beach

A very tidy home with great space for a family. Close proximity to groceries, ice cream and the beach proves wonderful for our teenagers. Everything worked as it should, the home was comfortable and our time there was very enjoyable.

We loved the layout of the cottage and its location. The bridge to the back of HT was so convenient. The inside of the cottage was spotless and decorated adorably but the outdoor living areas and outdoor shower were dirty. We could still use the screened in porches and shower after we wiped them down. The cottage would have been perfectly perfect if outdoor spaces were cleaned after the winter months. We would definitely rent this cottage again because of the easy beach location and adorable inside.

This home fit the bill. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location was close to town with the added convenience of a Harris Teeter grocery store behind the home over a little bridge. It was also within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We had a fabulous time and would definitely choose this beautiful home again.

Very happy with our stay, it was in a great location close to the beach and right behind Harris Teeter, you can actually cut through the backyard right to HT, we also rented a golf cart for easier parking and to have some fun, overall had a great time, thanks

We did drive to the beach as it was a little far to pull coolers, etc. But we were able to park at the park and have access to bathrooms! We will most definitely stay here again! Cute renovations, great yard, and parking area. Perhaps typical, but screened porches, stairs, and railings have a lot of mildew. Walk to the Harris Teeter is super convenient, though very littered on the other side. Quick to the beach and restaurants. Outside is rather noisy since it's close to the connector bridge. Upstairs bath sink stoppers don't keep sinks filled, shower drain in primary bath needs repair,its broken stonework is missing a real drain cover. Though it was sufficiently cold, the refrigerator control panel is broken. The kitchen needs more spoons, hot pads, cookie sheets, a hand mixer, storage containers, and larger mixing bowls. A few wall hooks in the baths and bedrooms would be handy. Beds were extremely soft. Adding a chair in the bedrooms would be nice. Door locks need lubrication.
