We had 12 of us and this place still felt really big. Great living area for hanging out and sauna and hot tub were a hit. Host was able to get us a beach pass and was very helpful throughout the stay
First, it's great that there's places that allow dogs, so we appreciate that tons. The home is near a busy street, but it's winter so it didn't bother us much. I think summers would be loud given the amount of cars going by. The house needs some TLC...for example, some of the kitchen cabinet handles are broken off and some lights don't work. We asked to get the light fixed or bulb changed (recessed lighting) in one of the bathrooms because it was the only light and it never got fixed during our stay. The house needs to be stocked better. We didn't have any extra tall or small garbage bags and we stayed for a week...somewhat frustrating at times when things we expect are not supplied. Given the above, we still had a great time in Incline...love it there!!
We had a wonderful time over Thanksgiving with a small group of friends. The kitchen / dining room is incredible for cooking and entertaining. We loved relaxing around the indoor fireplace, listening to music and watching movies. The deck and hot tub under the stars is lovely too. The neighborhood is great for walks and eyeing the beautiful homes. There are some trails nearby too. The host was very communicative and easy to coordinate with.
This house worked out perfectly for our group. Everyone loved hanging out on the deck as well as in the sauna and hot tub. The living room was welcoming and there were more than enough beds. Communication with the owner was quick and easy.
How was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished with a great common area space.
This house, while clean and spacious, is in a terrible location. OT is literally right on the highway. Open a window and the noise is bludgeoning. Adding insult to injury there is major construction going on in the neighborhood and several trucks were clanking there way to the site early in the morning. And honestly, the house needs some love - a bit outdated. Sorry owner, it’s just the truth.
We needed a place to stay at the last minute and Andrew responded right away. He always answered questions immediately. The house looks like the pictures and is very comfortable and nice. I hate clutter and there was none. It was very well decorated; simple with the Tahoe feel. The teenagers loved the man cave and the hot tub next to it. I loved the kitchen and the open area of the living room, kitchen, and dining room. We grilled a lot and ate most of our meals in the house. The kitchen is perfectly stocked. The house was clean. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. Andrew is one of the easiest and kindest hosts I have dealt with. I rent a house at the lake every year and also rent a lot of places when I travel out of town. My sister and I enjoyed walking in the nice neighborhood. Parking was excellent as the driveway is a good size and you can even park in the garage. Thank you Andrew for making our stay so wonderful especially at the last minute! You also got us in earlier than you needed to as well.
This was a great house to be snowed in with family.
Landlord has not maintained this property and took my security deposit under false pretense. The home is worn, carpets in the bottom floors musty and lower level smells of pet waste from poor maintenance. I took photos of the exterior porch, sent them to him; boards are popping up, my kids and I felt unsafe to use the deck and brought to his attention on our first day outdoors. Broken furniture on the deck, waste from the fireplace left under a chair. He reponded with no action, although promising someone to come and fix it. Instead of owning up and correcting his mistake, he was inactive. Road noise is horrible, even if the house was perfect. We have notified the local county building department as we don't feel safe on the deck. Hot tub had animal feces, electrical is not to code in the kitchen which looks nice in a photo but is not well made. Find another property.
The house is great for large groups as there is plenty of room and space for everyone to feel comfortable. We especially loved the hot tub and the kitchen. We did a tremendous amount of cooking every day. It was nice to have a large stove that could handle all of our needs with 2-3 people in it at times preparing meals. The jacuzzi in the master room was really nice as well. There is a deck that we took full advantage of to grill and enjoy the view.
