Stayed May 17, 2026This property was perfect for our group. There 7 of us . We stayed 2 nights before leaving for our cruise and 1 more night after the cruise. We were worried at first with only having one bathroom and 7 people. Honestly, we didnt have any issues with that. The host was awesome and allowed us to drop our luggage early for both stays. He also responed quickly when we sent him a message. The house is very close to the 14 bus line so that allowed easy transport to and from downtown. We deffintley recomend and will book again in the future when we are back in town.

Stayed Aug 10, 2025It was abnormally hot that day, and the host brought over two AC units, which made the place more comfortable.It was a tight squeeze; there were 8 of us and we all fit comfortably.

Stayed Jul 6, 2022The property is partially in the process of being completed, it's close but there's a few loose ends. Yard needs a lot of work. Had to park on the street as the back parking area was blocked with a old gutted trailer. Owner had quite a bit of personal belongings about the property, back deck/porch was pretty cluttered. Smoke alarms were not evident in bedrooms. Refrigerator is a little small and was partially full. Carlos did say to use what ever we wanted, he was super communicative and friendly. Went out of his way to make it a pleasurable trip. He just has a little work to do.
