True Florida Charm! Bonita Springs Home ~ Heated Pool ~ Private Lanai!

Everything was seamless. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay for the week. It was really nice that we could adjust the temperature of the pool to our liking. Had some issues with the pool, but the management company was very responsive to work to resolve the issue.

It was nice that the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the home from the other bedrooms. My kids are adults and were staying with their significant others so me and my husband didnt want to be right next to them. The home was equipped with coolers and chairs which we used at the beach. It was nice that the home had plastic plates and cups for when we dinned outside at the pool. We have a pool at our home and we have a no glass rule outdoors and abided by the same rule here. Communicated with the property manager on a few items and they got back to me immediately. Would highly recommend this house for a group as we had plenty of space to spread out and not feel cramped.

The property has everything you would expect in a Florida villa , however what clients must take into consideration the golf course that backed on to the property is now a major building site with construction for seven days a week from 0700 in the morning to 1700(0500pm). The rental company in Florida only made us aware of this after taking the final payment telling us they had not had been aware of any major noise. This construction will continue for the foreseeable future and renters must be made aware of this so they can make a balanced decision.

We absolutely enjoyed our trip to Bonita Springs in this beautiful home. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The furnishings are updated and comfortable. The home is spotless and roomy. The outdoor space was so inviting along with plenty of seating. It’s only a short drive to Barefoot Beach with plenty of things to do! We felt like we were at home for our 23 day vacation. We can’t say enough amazing things about this property. Everything was terrific-thank you!

The check in was flawless. We picked the keys up at 2PM on a Sunday without problems. Arrived at a beautiful house, clean, comfortable and very well located. Everything was fabulous The swimming pool small and gorgeous. Clean, plenty of space for all of us and the vegetation surrounding the lanai was BEAUTIFUL. Thank you for a great, great week..
