Tropical Waterfront Paradise with Amazing Sunset Views!

It was so quiet despite being near major roads. Very clean and thoughtfully appointed. Had a great time and will come back again

Very low key on the outside - high end on the inside.

This was the best house we have rented by far. The house was spotless clean, even smelled fresh. Pool was clean and warm. everything you need and more is supplied. The host is always there to answer questions. This will be the only house we will rent from now on.

What a wonderful house! All the extra touches made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend!

we have been coming to cape coral for the past 12 years and this was by far the best house we have rented. the view you get walking in the front door and looking out through the living room, dinning area, kitchen and on into the family room just takes your breath away. the pool area is perfect with it being heated to over 80 made it so inviting to get into every day. and then there is the hot tub with its super warm water and bubbler to massage away all your aches and pain. the cleanliness' of the house was perfect. not one dust bunny was found. cleaning supplies were at the ready to pick up and cookie crumbs you may have drooped while snacking.we had a toddler visit for a few days and the supplies for caring for her were perfect. car seat, high chair and pack-play were all top notch quility pieces to usethe location of the house made it easy to get around town. a quick drive to the south and you were in downtown cape coral or go north to a couple miles and your on pine island road to good grocery stores and plenty of restraints we will keep this house on the top of our list in hopes of renting it again in the future. thanks carol for letting use your house for our vacation.

Had a hang up when we arrived. Didn’t receive the address or entry code until we sent several emails. The property is lovely. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area are great.

This house is amazing! It was full of amenities (pool, hot tub, a dock, kayaks, grill, fishing poles), fully stocked with basic needs, and the owners and caretaker were very responsive to questions. The house was immaculate, and the owners graciously decorated festively for our first Christmas away from home. We had a fabulous time and really fell in love with the house, the location at the end of the canal, and the nightly sunsets. Thank you for making our first Sunshine Christmas a great one!

Everything was just as described. The house had everything we needed. The view at sunset was spectacular. Jason was very helpful getting us checked in and answering questions. Gave us some great restaurants to check out.

Awesome rental home! The sunsets were spectacular! The pool and seating were absolutely wonderful, as were the many seating areas on the property. It’s the perfect spot for a family or friends vacay. If you have a group of 6 or more, you can’t go wrong with this property!

The home had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of room to spread out or come together as a big group. The views and sunset made for numerous social media posts and happy teenagers! We are already saying that we need to make a return trip and will look into returning to this home.

The house was absolutely fantastic!! Everything was very clean and super nice!! The house is situated on the end of the canal, so views from the lanai and pool are exceptional along with the sunsets there. Looking forward to booking again next year!

Such a beautiful home stocked with any needs and so many extras such as kyacks bikes ect… we loved the house so clean and the location was centered in a quiet neighborhood. We hated to leave

The pool and hot tub were great and had a wonderful view of the canal. We used the pedal boat, outdoor TV, bikes, and all the baby/toddler items. We had 8 people ranged 1 year to 66 yrs and everyone loved it. Thank you!

This was our sixth year in Cape Coral and this house was by far the best rental we have ever experienced. House was very clean, stocked with everything from bicycles, fishing poles, kayaks and plenty of pool supplies. The pool and spa were used every day and the sunset and view was just amazing. Also, the house manager (Jason) took care of all our question and problems we had. My family had a great week, thank you.

We loved our stay in Cape Coral. The property was clean, well maintained and spacious. We especially appreciated the little touches such as bicycles, coolers, beach chairs, etc. Coming from Wisconsin by plane, the use of these special touches made it so much easier to enjoy our time without added rentals or searching for things to do.

The place was big enough for all 6 of us to stay comfortably. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.
