We now offer 12 beach towels for guest use. To keep this service available, we kindly ask that you wash & fold them before checkout. If left uncleaned, a $100 cleaning fee will apply.
Missing towels will be charged at $40 each.

Essential Supplies – What We Provide
✔ Bathroom Essentials: Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
✔ Kitchen Essentials: Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and liquid laundry detergent
✔ Paper Products:

4 garbage bags (extras inside each kitchen trash bin)
2 rolls of paper towels per kitchen
At least 6 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

The pool heater is available for an additional fee. Please check the house rules for pricing details.

Pet Policy – Dogs Welcome!
✔ Dogs Only: Maximum 2 dogs, each under 50 lbs ($50 per night per dog).
❌ No cats or other animals allowed.
✔ Pre-Approval Required: You must sign a separate pet agreement, and all pets must be approved before booking.
Unapproved pets may result in cancellation without a refund.
✔ Pets cannot be left alone unless crated.
