Tropical Spacious 5Bdr Home Near The Beach

Wonderful spot! My family loved it.

This property was everything we needed. Plenty of space for my family which included myself with my husband, our son with his girlfriend, my mother, and my sister. The backyard was spacious with plenty of space for us all to relax. The property manager was quick to respond when we had issues with the pool and the issue was resolved quickly. I would highly recommend this property!

Excellent communication with host, easy check-in. Kitchen was neat and clean and well-equipped. We loved the house and the pool and were happy that there was a covered outdoor area for shade. Cute quiet residential neighborhood for walking. There were 9 of us from age 3 to 65. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay.

This house was just what we needed. It was clean, spacious and perfect for our 8 people. The pool and hot tub were great. I would definitely stay again. The house was very clean and ready to relax in. I would suggest bringing wash cloths with you. There are plenty of clean fluffy towels but few wash cloths. Also there are not many baking dishes so bring disposable ones if you are cooking there. Lastly the Ice maker in the fridge doesn't work but bags of ice were fine with us. Overall this place is Great, the owners are very attentive if you need them, easy arrival process. Quiet private neighborhood. We will be staying here again.

The property was clean and in a great neighborhood..

We felt very welcomed. Home was clean & perfect for our needs while we evacuated from Hurricane Milton. We were thankful & blessed at a time of need. We are planning another trip that won’t be so stressful do we can enjoy the property. Recommend? A very yes

We checking in a Monday and we didn't have working air conditioning until Friday evening. We lost 3 days waiting around all day since they didn't come until evening for maintenance guys when they tried to fix though we were told they would come in afternoon. Thursday night Denise offers to move us to another property since they can't get the air condition to work, I tell her we will do it throughout the day Friday because now we have food and clothes and more items to back up. Then Friday air conditioning guys come to put in a new air conditioner-they fall through the rotting attic floor and leave big holes in master bedroom and master bedroom bathroom and lots of debris my husband and I cleaned up. The hot tub only worked 3 times, when we tried to select heat the spa and put on air blower it rarely worked, we found out the property manager had to turn it on remotely though she never admitted it but she said when I texted her it wasn't working she replied she was out to dinner and didn't see my text but try it now since it said it was working on her end, so obviously she had to turn it on. Microwave didn't work properly top of door was bent so you had to press it close when it was on the heat it. My son's bedroom had ants-they had to come twice to spray then just left us spray. We were asked Thursday night if we wanted to move to another place, and since next evening they fixed the air conditioner we didn't want waste 1/2 day moving. Asked for partial refund no one responded.

We had a family reunion and the house accommodated 3 generations of family. The five bedrooms and outside patio/pool area was terrific. The weather was great for the pool.

This was the perfect home for our extended family vacation. The pool and amenities were awesome. Beach only 5 minute drive. We have stayed at many VRBO and all thought this was the best we had been to. The property manager couldn't have been any nicer and so responsive to our needs while there. I would highly recommend this property.

Cane down for a family wedding. 8 adults. The house was spotless, tons of bath and beach towels, beach chairs, beach mats and bathrooms had toilet paper. The host was really nice and there when we got in. The pool was perfect and lots of lounge chairs . We were never on top of each other - open floor plan and a plus was the 2 master bedrooms. Will definitely come back. Location was in good proximity to restaurant, grocery stores and beach.
