Great setting, very peaceful.

If I could give this experience a 10-star rating, I would. Everything about the host and the property exceeded expectations. First of all, the host: we pre-inspected the property because we were coming from Georgia and wanted to make sure this was the right place for our event. Jack met us at the property two months in advance and spent as much time as we needed to ask questions and evaluate whether the property met our needs. On the weekend of the event, we had some questions about things. He responded immediately and made sure everything worked as advertised. Second, the property itself: Wow! We rented this place for a wedding reception. The tiki hut patio spaces were amazing. The ambience was perfect for a reception. The yard was well manicured and clean. The BBQ grills worked perfectly. The kids couldn't stop swimming and playing with toys. The backyard and patio areas are so spacious and welcoming that all our guests were comfortable. Never cramped. There was seating both inside and outside for a large group. The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. In short, we could not have chosen a better venue for our event. The guests -- and more importantly the bride and groom -- left feeling like they'd had a beautiful, tropical experience, which is exactly what they wanted. We HIGHLY recommend this venue. Jack and Laurie were excellent to work with and if we ever needed this type of venue again, we wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

We had a wonderful family gathering (14 people, ages 10 - 72) and the property had plenty of room for all of us. The house was very clean, inside and out, including the pool and grounds.Highlights:*Spacious-The dinning table in the Florida room seated all 14 guest for Thanksgiving dinner.*Well-Equipped Kitchen- Ample utensils, pots, pans, dishes, spices etc..*Comfortable sleeping arrangements- 5 bedrooms (two w/en-suite baths), plus an office and Florida room both w/pullout beds.*Great Features- We enjoyed the heated pool, the Florida room, surround sound music (included the outside area), and morning walks around the grounds with our furry family members.* Excellent Host- The owner met us at check-in, provided clear instructions for amenities (pool, lighting, AC) and communication was excellent from beginning to end.*Location- the location is great for exploring the area, about 15mins from the beach and 20mins from Mizner Park in Bota Raton.Suggestions for enhanced comfort and functionality:*The air in the front entrance/living room felt quite stale due to a musty order, which detracted from the comfort of the space. Better ventilation or professional cleaning of upholstery/carpets may be needed.*An upgrade to the mattresses would be greatly appreciated . Better quality mattresses would significantly improve the sleeping experience and overall comfort.*A smaller desk in the Office room would make it easier to navigate the room when the pullout bed is in use.

We stayed with 15 guests for a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip (Thurs–Sun). We had fun and made the best of it, but want to give an honest review for future guests. The home didn’t fully match the listing—more clutter, less brightness, and some LEDs were hard to use or not working. The bar area was modern, but much of the house felt dated and in need of TLC. Cleanliness could be improved: mold on the kitchen ceiling, outdoor table falling apart, and the house overall not as fresh as the photos. The kitchen lacked basics like foil, plastic bags, and Tupperware. Sleeping arrangements also differed from the listing. The master upstairs was comfortable, but most other beds were not, and blankets felt like moving blankets. The “pull-out couch bedroom” was actually in a hot office, and the queen two twins was actually a queen with a daybed and trundle. Other issues: parking fits 6 cars, others go on the street, which felt unsafe. The outdoor TV wasn’t working at first (later dried out). The surround sound only allowed the preset playlist, which wasn’t great, so we used our own speaker. Both outdoor grills didn’t work, leaving only the charcoal grill—no starter fluid provided. Some bathroom faucets were reversed, leading to one cold shower. On the positive side, late checkout was granted. The comfort and upkeep fell short for the price. We value this better at 700/n. Needs better mattresses, updated furniture/lighting, working grills, decluttering, and basic kitchen amenities.

Gorgeous clean house, all amenities you could ever need for your stay. Great communication by host!

This place was amazing the wildlife and creatures here make it all the more beautiful. Loaded with gorgeous pal trees. Everyone enjoyed the view. I hosted my wedding here and it was magical. The host are very welcoming and kind. This place is all around perfect so many things to do. Lots of games.

We had an amazing stay here!! We rented the space to host a baby shower and have room for out of town guests to stay. Event went perfectly and Jacob met me at the property for check in to walk me through all the in home music options, how to work the pool waterfall, which fruit trees were in season and we could eat from and more!! The place is absolutely beautiful. My daughter and the other kids staying (age 6-10) said this was the coolest place they’ve been - peacocks, fresh fruit from the trees, pool time, running in the yard, putting green and hide and seek with all the space were just a handful of highlights!

We had an amazing time at this property! It is very comfortable and has nice outdoor space. It rained quite a bit but we were very happy with the large tiki patio that kept us dry! The pool is gorgeous and there are plenty of chairs and chaises. We will be back again!

We had a fabulous stay here while we were in town to catch a few spring training games of the Nationals at nearby CACTI Park. The house is just a ton of fun. The pool area feels very resort-like, and we spent pretty much all of our time at the house when we were not at the ballpark. Owners are really fabulous, as well. Where else are you going to get peacock visitors while you're doing yoga by the serene pond?!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great outdoor space. Would definitely return.

This property was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. From the peacocks, and chickens in the front of the yard in the morning to the stunning lighting tiki bar with the mini golf and pool with the waterfall. 5 stars!! The host was the most friendly and helpful. All rooms have extra towels, beach towels, sheets and extra blow up mattresses. The mattresses were all so comfy truly slept amazing on them. All the TVs were smart and able to connect to all streaming services. Such a perfect bachelorette locations and a beautiful spot to have a big family trip or if you are local a mini family trip to. A quick ride to Delray for restaurants and bars like 15 minutes away..

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The home itself is beautiful. It’s in a nice central location so we were able to see so many of the surrounding areas all within a 30 minute drive either way. The property is equally amazing. Our family enjoyed picking fresh fruit each day as well as seeing the beautiful peacocks prance through the yard. Unfortunately the weather was not favorable the week we were there but the tiki huts made the experience much more enjoyable. We were still able to spend a good bit of time enjoying the outside even though it was raining thanks to having them! My husband and kids really enjoyed the pool and the golf course. The owner was so helpful and so outgoing. He really made sure all of our needs were met. He had excellent communication throughout the week. I highly recommend this property. It’s a truly unique experience and as I said it really is a hidden gem! We hope to return in the future!

I don't leave reviews, but this place was worth it. The pictures were beautiful, and it was just the same when we got there. It was set up nicely for family gatherings and all of the outdoor fun was perfect. The owners were wonderful to work with. Their communication was impeccable, and they responded to me quickly on every question that I had. I truly felt they really wanted us to enjoy our time in FL and wanted to make our stay how we wanted it. Thank you for a great time!!!
