Stayed Jun 7, 2024Such a perfect house for a large group! Endless entertainment with the pool, putting green, and lawn games! The bathrooms all have amazing huge showers and the beds were all comfortable. Plenty of seating and room to spread out. Super close to the freeways and plenty of dining and shopping nearby. Highly recommend for a Scottsdale weekend getaway

Stayed Nov 7, 2025This rental was excellent! Great communication with Host. Location was fantastic, as it was near many stores and easy to jump on major routes, but just tucked away enough to be in a very quiet neighborhood. Pool was heated to 85 and we sure enjoyed that! Lots of pool toys for the kids were available. The house had nearly eveything we needed either provided by the host, or left behind by previous renters.Besides a few burned out lightbulbs (which host said he will correct shortly) the house was all in working order, and a big part of what made our trip great. Thanks again Martijn and Sabrina!Would return here if we make it back to Scottsdale!

Stayed Oct 13, 2025The only issue was the confusion about the AC. The book says it’s fine to adjust but they have signs posted that says you can’t and it was very hot in there when we arrived. The place is very beautiful and the kids loved the pool. Very beautiful home..

Stayed Jul 25, 2025Very nice overall. Clean but not so new that you felt uncomfortable to relax there. The kitchen is well appointed. The layout is comfortable and the backyard is gorgeous. The only two comments I would add would be that the signage is confusing on the AC because it says not to adjust the thermostat but after contacting the owner he said it could be adjusted down from 82 degrees so thank goodness for that. The carpets in the bedrooms have a lot of stains and could use an update. Otherwise we absolutely loved the house!
