Tropical Oasis With HEATED Pool, Just minutes from the Downtown and the Beaches.

The house was available earlier than anticipated and the host was kind enough to allow us entry. This was greatly appreciated as we traveled over 1000 miles with pets.

Great area, loved the tropical plants surrounding the house and the pool was lovely. Beds were comfy.

WARNING. This house is not as represented. We did not stay due to being unsafe-no smoke detectors- the pool water being unclean and unsafe to be in- the refrigerator smelled of bad seafood - there was hair in the master bath tub- patio furniture was dirty- as in had not been cleaned for a while . We left after being there for 25 minutes- we took pictures and contacted VRBO. We then contacted home owners to tell them we had left and what we had found . We were to stay from Sunday at 4pm till Wednesday 10am . They wanted us to wait for the pool company and wait for a person to show to clean . Now finding the hair and the smell we wondered what we didn’t see with our bare eye . The whole house and linens would have needed to be cleaned . The pool you still have to wait for a period of time to use after the correction of the chemicals. The pool would have been of no use . We would have no privacy with cleaners I the house but still paying the bill. The fact that no smoke detectors as well . The yard is unkept and no maintenance. Also it is not due to “no rain” the back yard is not private and there is a camera in the pool area so there is the possibility of being watched or recorded. VRBO has been no help in protecting us as consumers and the homeowners are not upstanding owners . We will be taking every avenue available to us as consumers to cancel and no charge . We even provided vRBO proof of my husbands pool/spa liscence .

We had family coming to town at a time we were packing up our home to move into a new build. This home allowed us to take a few days off from our project , recoup, and enjiy family.

property was excellent for what we needed. We visited family who live in the area. Our kids loved the pool. We loved the layout and space. Only area to improve would be on cleanliness - property could use a deep clean to remove spider webs outside and cabinets inside. We are not picky and still had a great time.

Spacious and convient provided the saving grace for this property. With a deep clean and polishing of the entire property could be really cute

The property was great for small family holiday reunion and to hold Christmas privately the only downside was the heater on the pool was broken so the pool was at 69. The boys kind of worked it a little bit but the ladies wouldn't touch it but it was clean and the arcade stuff in the garage it was workable but it didn't have any power and battery compartments was unusable.

The pool is the cleanest pool I have ever seen using VRBO. The host is so helpful and understanding. The house was super clean and when we sat by the pool, we felt like we were in the deep part of Florida. I would stay here again!!! Thank you!

Booked this house in order to get away from the West Coast where we live, because of hurricane Milton. As it turns out, the hurricane ended up coming through and wreaking havoc with tornadoes in this area. We had no issues, other than losing power, and we’re lucky to be further away from the storm The house was clean, comfortable, and had very good amenities. We did have time to enjoy the pool and patio before the weather went bad. Our host was amazing. She checked up on us periodically and showed real concern for my family. I completely recommend this house if you were looking for a quiet little getaway
