Stayed Mar 14, 2026We initially had issues with the pool. Heating wouldn’t turn on and required a service call. Pool once warm was used.

Stayed Sep 21, 2025I don’t even know how to express how awesome this property is. We are VRBO snobs and this property had everything and more! There were approx 12 beach chairs, a wagon, a beach dolly to take the chairs, baby flits, noodles, I can go on and on. The hosts did an amazing job and even offered a late checkout without us even asking. The outside area by the pool, bar, grill, putting area were all great! If we come back to siesta, this is where we will stay again!

Stayed Mar 9, 2024Our family really enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key! The house was very clean and comfortable. We did have some minor interruptions with smoke detectors, keypad and pool equipment, but Cottages on the Key worked to fix or come up with solutions for any issues quickly and efficiently. The house is so close to all the shops and minutes from a beautiful beach. We didn't even need the bikes we rented for the week. The elevator was great for Grandma and hauling luggage up to the top floors. It was a perfect location for our family full of teens, although I would remind everyone that because it's close to everything, lock your car! We did have some sunglasses stolen from ours. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 23, 2023What a wonderful property! The location is perfect -- a short walk to both the beach and the Village. The house is spectacular and well-stocked. Beds were extremely comfortable. The only issue I had is that the photos on the website are not updated to show the new view-blocking homes built next door. You can barely see the water now. Nevertheless, we would come back in a heartbeat!
