Stayed Apr 25, 2026The house was spotless and comfortable. The backyard is very private - the screened-in porch with the hot tub, seating and TV was great for evening relaxing. Great location. Only regret was not staying longer.

Stayed Mar 29, 2026Pool was great and my grandkids loved the pool as well as the entire property. So nice to walk out of the house and screened in area into a great pool. I would say we had a great time and the general cleanliness of the house, linens and pool was very good. The pool was cleaned twice while we were there. However, the pictures show a pristine property but at this point it is a bit weathered. Some power washing, furniture and drapery cleaning and fence repair would make a big improvement. This was our first time going to Tampa as a family and overall we had a great time. The host was responsive and friendly. We were made to feel at home in the property.

Stayed Feb 20, 2026We stayed in this home for almost 6 weeks and had a great stay. There are many amenities, including a heated pool and fun putting green. The backyard is very private and filled with beautiful landscaping. I highly recommend this property. Our host, Dylan was quick to respond and extremely open to helping with our needs.

Stayed Dec 21, 2025Stayed for a week celebrating Christmas with our kids and grandchildren. Excellent communication with Dylan. Highlight was the garden “a little oasis “. Pool & hot tub were a big hit with the children. Very spacious house with sitting options.Safe area & close to everything. Beds were very comfortable. No bugs. Would def. Come back.

Stayed Dec 11, 2024This place was amazing! The backyard was meticulously landscaped with many different types of palms and plants. Add the perfect pool and hot tub and all stress disappears. The house itself was immaculate, well stocked and quite roomy so everyone was able to have their own space. In addition, the location is superb and the communication with the host was seamless.
