Stayed Aug 22, 2025We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to beach and restaurants. Communication with the host was smooth and quick, which made check-in and check-out effortless. We especially loved the pool. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Stayed Dec 27, 2024This house is great but we had trouble checking in and management was nowhere to be found. The owner had to get involved and it took over an hour to get us in. We never heard from management all week. They made no effort to make up for their mistake.

Stayed Dec 23, 2023The property was very clean and the home layout was perfect for our family of 6 adults. AC in every room made it super comfortable. The plunge pool in the backyard was nice, but we didn't use it much since the larger community pool was just steps away -- we used that a ton since it had lots of space and wasn't too crowded. From the house to the gates was about a 5 minute walk, and then an additional 12-15 minute walk to the center of Jaco -- but Uber's were also super easy to get. I'd recommend this house for family trips!

Stayed Nov 11, 2023House was perfect for 7 adults, spacious to give privacy if needed. Kitchen worked well too it was large so no bumping into each other. Having a washer and dryer was a plus to dry towels and wash clothes if needed.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This Home was so lovely and spacious and the plunge pool just topped it off ..... access to the home and communication with host was effortless and convenient ......they even found my wifes earing after we checked out ...... highly recomend staying here !!!!!!
