Tropical Garden Apartment is just Steps to Sand, Surf and Fun!

Excellent apartment, close to the beach and many restaurants. Everything that was needed was provided.

We enjoyed a wonderful 5 nights at our host's apartment. It was spotless, very quiet, plenty of space and comfortable to be in. Down to the adorable patio to the welcoming treats! Our hosts were simple to communicate with, and definitely know how to run their business well. We look forward to going back!

This condo is absolutely perfect for a family wanting to stay near the beach. The location to the beach and shopping is perfect. The three spacious rooms and three bathrooms were immaculate! The laundry area was great and there are lots of toys and beach chairs to use. The condo is very quiet, we didn't hear any street noise. We would definitely stay here again for sure!

I recently stayed at this property and overall, it was a good location with a few areas for improvement.The 3 positives: location, location, location!The location is fantastic—just a short stroll to the beach, shops, and dining. You truly can't beat the convenience for the price point. It's a great value for anyone looking to enjoy this charming beach town without breaking the bank.The not-so-great:A few things detracted from the stay:One major issue was the smell of marijuana coming from a neighboring unit with their door wide open. Since you have to pass this unit to get to the rented unit, it was hard to avoid. I informed the owner but asked them to disregard, as I didn’t want any tension with the neighbor during our stay. The owner later mentioned that the neighbor indulges sometimes, which would’ve been helpful to know upfront.The welcome sign had the wrong name listed, which felt impersonal and a little confusing upon arrival.The sheets, while they did smell laundered, were noticeably stained. I reached out, and the owner explained that the cleaning crew isn't always careful about removing stained linens. That transparency was appreciated, but again—something that could be improved ahead of guest arrivals.If management tightens up a few details—especially around cleaning standards and guest prep—this property could easily go from good to great.

This property was centrally located to multiple restaurants, a Walgreens and the beach. The place was clean and very quiet. All beach needs were provided including chairs and umbrellas. We especially liked that all bedrooms had an en suite. Will definitely stay again!

Good morning week work stay, loved that places were walkable and close to for a stroll on the beach after work.

Great location, spacious, nice touches inside and out--very pleasant outdoor space and a nicely equipped kitchen. The hosts were great with clear communication and their hospitality.Thankfully no noise disturbance despite the central location (the unit does not face nearby traffic)--what a pleasant surprise to not have that typical tradeoff!I highly recommend any chance to enjoy a stay here!

Great location, lots of space and full bathrooms

The property was comfortable , clean and in walking distance to multiple restaurants . The beach was a 2 minute walk . Love the area . Never disappoints !

This property was better than expected! The town is charming and the property was in a perfect location. It was the perfect time to reconnect with our family!
