~TROPICAL DREAM~Sun deck, pool, and parking adorn this home in Old Town.

We booked Tropical Dream for November, 2025. Three of us stayed the entire month and other family members rotated through throughout the month. Everyone enjoyed the house itself and its extremely convenient location. Our 6 year old granddaughter loved the pool. Communication with the staff was easy and they were very responsive to our needs and questions. We hope to stay here again November, 2027.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As we pulled up to this lovely home we saw the stunning palm trees that guided us into our month long stay. As you walk into this spacious home the 1st floor suite comes into view and it is a spacious suite with a large closet for storage and a nice bathroom with access to the backyard pool. My daughter and later more family enjoyed this suite immensely. As you come back out to the hallway you walk past the 1/2 bath into a spacious living room and kitchen where many memories were made. We used the large dining table as our puzzle table and it got some serious use. This giant room is not just so so, it is stunning. Shout out to the owners for the quality decorations through out the whole home as I kept noticing new pictures as the month went by. Loved all the roosters, parrots, beaches, palm trees and more. We were particularly fond of the giraffe. The back doors fully open to a tropical paradise with the pool and sitting pool getting quite a bit of use throughout the month as we gazed at the overhanging palm trees that surrounded us. As you make your way upstairs you have 3 wonderful rooms that all lead out to the wrap around sun deck where we soaked up many rays while overlooking the beautiful backyard pool just below us. Loved the spiral staircase that led all the top rooms down to the pool for quick access. I also enjoyed the top porch overlooking the street below as I bonded with my son and took it all in. We had 1st choice of bedrooms so we settled into the master suite and what a gem this room is with the huge bathroom and jacuzzi tub (bring some bubbles) and the oversized shower and 7 separate jets of water streaming out. Don't be shy about saving some water in this one.. We had family and friends all arrive at different times throughout the month and it was a very special home to settle into for every last one of us. This is our favorite home in Key West and its not even close.To the owners, Thank you

The folks at Historic Key West Rentals were very responsive and accommodating. Have used them several times before with no issues or disappointments. Will reach out to them again for our next visit. Great to be able to easily park and close enough to everything that we never moved the car again after. Porches are great for people watching. The few issues we had were quickly dealt with by the great team at HKWVR. Can't wait to come back next time I can justify leaving home for a month :)

Excellent property in great location. Spacious 4 BR 4BA. Well equipped. Nice plunge pool. 2 parking spaces a rare find to accommodate car and golf cart. Management company was extraordinarily responsive. Only complaint is with the lumpy mattresses.

Historic Key West Vacations went out of their way to encourage us to evacuate before the mass evacuations and probably helped to save my parents lives....I cannot say enough about their concern and SMART advise...

The location is very convenient (a few blocks to Duval, the market and several great restaurants). All beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The patio was small but the pool was cool, which was a big plus for a hot June/July stay. Would definitely stay here again.
