Everything about the experience was fantastic! The house is beautiful, and generously set up with the extras not every VRBO offers. The pool is warm, but was great for evening swims. And the outdoor furniture was awesome! The rooms were perfect for our needs: great beds and bathrooms. We were surprised by how large the dining table was -- perfect for our whole family!

We had an issue with the house, and we advised the host and VRBO that we couldn't stay under those conditions. The host told us that we would only have to pay for the days we were there. They later reneged on that promise and only refunded us for the days when they were able to re-rent the house. Their communication was miserable, and VRBO did nothing to assist us. We had to scramble to find another place. For the first time, a day or after we left, VRBO told us they would have helped us find another place. We had already relocated by then, so this offer was too little too late. We will never use VRBO again after this horrific experience.
