Casa Monument is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath single family family home located in the quiet and highly desirable gated neighborhood of Troon North.This single level home with no stairs sits on the famed Troon North Golf Course. The clubhouse, restaurant and bar is just up the road as well to enjoy! You will find a sparkling pool (option to heat) in the back-yard. The LARGE backyard offers many seating and dining options, a fire-pit and BBQ Grill.

The interior offers a master bedroom with King bed and TV, large bathroom, walk in shower and walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen bed w/ TV and attached full bath. The 3rd bedroom offers 2 twin beds. You will also find a dedicated office with desk to get your necessary work done. 2 separate family rooms both offer TV and lounging areas. Fully stocked kitchen opens to great room with plenty of windows to the back-yard.

***If you wish to heat the pool in the cooler winter months, the price is $1150/month to 85 degrees.

The park is conveniently located at the northwest corner of 93rd Street and Dynamite Boulevard and connected to Troon North's network of bike paths and trail easements.

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house, spacious, open and well decorated. Outdoor area was very quiet, roomy and nicely done.

    Our small family enjoyed our recent stay at this property during December2020 and January 2021. It has many attributes we sought: it has a broad and open view of natural landscape with ever changing light and animal life to enjoy; the outdoor space includes a sizable patio area with swimming pool and fire pits that expanded the view and provided options for social activities; and the house is located in an attractive, quiet community where one can stroll around the neighbourhood. The house itself was as depicted in the photographs. It is spacious, with high ceilings emphasizing the sense of space; the master suite is large and the secondary bedrooms are a good size. The décor and appointments are reasonably current and the kitchen is well equipped. The hosts left welcoming notes and ample supplies and there are touches that bring a nice feel to the house. For the most part, everything was in good working order and a few glitches were quickly resolved by the management firm at the beginning of our stay. The rooms are enjoyed best with indirect lighting and we were able to move floor lamps and table lamps to achieve this and we used the fireplaces and candles to create cozy settings. The property could benefit from a few changes in lighting treatment (including the secondary bedrooms) and some attention to wear and tear. The house is well equipped with large flat screens and golfers will appreciate proximity to the course. It would be a good house for a family that enjoys entertaining; it is also a good house for a much smaller family that enjoys privacy and the outdoors. It is very well situated for walks at Browns Ranch and other parks as well as convenient shopping. Contented visitors
