Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)

Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Skylights draw in the Florida sun from the moment you step inside, and wide sliding doors pull the whole house toward the backyard - where a private pool and spa wait, open around the clock, every day of the year. With five bedrooms, a dedicated game room, a children's playroom, and space for up to 14 guests, this Orlando Area villa is built for groups who want more than just a place to sleep.

Sleeping arrangements
Nine beds across five bedrooms and a family room give everyone their own corner of the house. The first-floor master ensuite offers a king bed, a standalone shower, a large soaking bathtub, a bidet, and sliding doors that open directly to the pool area. A second ensuite upstairs features a king bed. The remaining bedrooms include a room with 2 queen beds, a themed room with 2 single beds, and a room with 1 full bed and 1 twin bed. Every bedroom comes with a smart TV and ceiling fan. The family room rounds out the sleeping space with a sectional sofa, a queen sofa bed, and its own smart TV.

Game room & entertainment
The air-conditioned game room pulls everyone in - a 55-inch TV, pool table, foosball table, arcade games, life size games, and board games cover every age and every mood. A children's playroom stocked with books and toys for ages 0 through 10+ and fitted with baby safety gates keeps the youngest guests happily occupied. A 65-inch HDTV with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Roku, and Fire TV is available for quieter evenings in. A dedicated workspace in a private room with a door is there when you need to stay connected. Central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades keep every room comfortable year-round.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners. You have a Maytag refrigerator, Maytag stove, Maytag stainless steel single oven with built-in air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, and Keurig coffee machine at your disposal. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and baking sheets are all stocked. A dining table brings the whole group together, and coffee is provided to start each morning.

Outdoor living
The fully fenced private backyard is set up for long days outside. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area frame the pool and spa - both available year-round and open 24 hours. Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee. A charcoal BBQ grill is ready to use, and a propane grill is available as an optional rental. A half bath accessible directly from the pool area keeps things convenient without tracking through the house.

Bathrooms
Three and a half bathrooms serve the home. The first-floor master ensuite includes a soaking bathtub, standalone shower, and bidet. Starter kit toiletries, hair dryers, and hot water are provided throughout.

Families & little ones
A crib, pack 'n play, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, an outdoor playground, and babysitter recommendations make this home genuinely ready for families traveling with young children. Breakfast is also provided.

Location
Sitting in the Orlando Area, the villa puts guests within easy reach of the theme parks, golf courses, shopping, and local dining. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock, and a shared gym is located close to the property. Free resort access allows guests to use nearby resort facilities. Four driveway spaces and free street parking are available on-site.

Good to know
The home is pet-friendly (up to 50 lbs with approval). Self check-in is via keypad. A free in-unit washer and dryer, exterior security cameras facing outward, and housekeeping available at an extra cost round out the essentials.


No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
