Tri level house with 5 bdrms, game room, balcony with valley view & deck.

Great house and location for large groups. We were there as a golfing trip and two of the best courses 5 mins away.

Stayed here with 9 friends and felt like we had heaps of room. Garage/games room is lightly sound deadened which is good if you’re having a rather competitive game of pool. Only downside I found is that in the photos it looks like the bbq is on the balcony, but it’s actually by the front gate. Otherwise an excellent and well equipped property that we would happily hire again. Thanks guys

Great house

The photos for this property did not do it justice. We were a group of 12 adults who fit comfortably in the rooms available with additional guests visiting during the day. I initially booked the house due to the impressive games room but we never even used this room as the upstairs was also set up for a group setting with lovely views, a great balcony and plenty of space for everyone. The house is set up with everything you need for entertaining. There was plenty of plates/cutlery/glasses etc with an array of cooking facilities. It was enough to cook a good dinner. It is walkable to the beaches which makes a lovely morning walk. I was most impressed with the communication, my questions were answered almost immediately by the host regardless of when I messaged and check in was super clear.The only shortfall of this property was the strong smell of cat pee in the downstairs area (where most of the bedrooms are so we didn't spend a lot of time there other than sleeping). It was very noticeable on arrival but we slowly acclimatised.

Overall, the property is great and perfect for a large group. The only feedback is that the listing was misleading in regard to the room configurations which were inaccurate to what we actually encountered. The House can sleep what it says but the room configurations need to be updated. This is the 2nd time I have stayed at the property, and I would recommend staying here.

We enjoyed staying in the property, particularly being so close to the Hot Springs. The house is very spacious and the upstairs deck was lovely to sit out on for nibbles and drinks.

The house was perfect for our trip - lots of space and very clean. Plenty of bed linen, towels and kitchen items were provided. The games room downstairs is a great addition! The property manager also provided plenty of instructions and information so everything was easy. Thank you and we hope to stay again in future.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely lovely and spacious with awsome views. The owner was great at communicating and were lovely to deal with. We would definitely recommend a stay here to our friends and family and anyone looking for a nice get away or golf weekend. Perfect place for a relaxing weekend away.

12 of us went down to play moonah links over the weekend and needed a house that was close to the course and had plenty of entertainment for the guest. House layout was perfect to our trip Definitely would stay there again?
