Securely gated, a welcoming spacious outdoor entertaining area provides the wow factor. Front door entry comprises of a superb centrally located open plan Kitchen, Meals & Lounge/Living area. Bright, light filled spacious kitchen with island bench and stools, equipped with all the essential quality European appliances & staples. 2 Dining tables, Lounge/Living area 1 with couches & wall mounted TV. Comfortable & relaxing during the warmer months with air conditioning or in front of the fire place during the cooler months. Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3 are located at the tennis court side of the home, refer to floor plan. Laundry with washing machine, dryer & separate toilet. Access to the pool area is via glass sliding doors from the kitchen & laundry.

Bedroom 1 with King bed to sleep max 2, walk-in wardrobe, TV, ceiling fan, electric wall heater. A full ensuite with shower, vanity & toilet.
Bedroom 2 with 2 x King single beds to sleep max 2, electric wall heater. (King singles can be joined upon request)
Bedroom 3 with Queen bed to sleep max 2, electric wall heater.
Central bathroom services bedrooms 2 & 3 with bath, shower, vanity & separate toilet.

LINEN

4 nights stay or more - A full linen package including pool towels is provided.

POOL HEATING
Gas Pool heating can be accommodated for an extra $50 per day.
Please confirm when requesting to book.
Pool Gas heating is inclusive for all bookings from September to April.

A Security deposit of $2000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for our party of 9. We had lovely weather and made good use of the fabulous pool and tennis court.It's walking distance to a great bakery/coffee shop but a bit of a hike to the back beach. We chose to drive to the safety of the front beach where we found it pleasant and not overcrowded.
