Tres House - an experience, three floors high.

This house was Very Cool and Vicky was a great host!! Close to several Bars / Restaurants. We went to a Bengals game and it was just a short walk over the bridge to the Stadium and downtown Cincinnati. We will definitely look into staying here again.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! It is very clean, very welcoming, comfy beds, and the hosts go above and beyond to make your stay amazing!

This property is in a great location. You can walk to restaurants and bars and even across the bridge to a ball game. We were greeted with some nice Jazz music playing, which made the place seen so charming. Very cute yard and fun decorating throughout. Definitely need to be able to walk stairs without a problem. We felt very at home. It was just the 2 of us, but this place would be great for a group.

Great location! Very clean and quirky house. Lots of games and toys for kids and adults too. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay in Covington- walkable to coffee, dinner & even to walk across the bridge to games. We have stayed here several times & it’s perfect for us and our fur baby with the fenced in yard. We met the owners this time & they were so nice! Parking is a little tight and not a good place to stay for people with mobility issues as there are 2 flights of stairs to get to bedrooms.

Really fun and unique house with plenty of space for a large family. The neighborhood is so great too. It was a short stay but we plan to come back!

We had a great time. Good location. Nice and comfy home. But, it is for 6 but they charge you extra per night for over 2 people. The bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, lots of narrow steps!

Magical, historic and absolutely lovely.

Our family loved the unique space, we stayed for a quick overnight. The house was clean, spacious and close to restaurants. Fenced in yard and pet friendly a plus:) We would stay here again.

The host communicates very well, and the property is very clean, both of which are very welcome when renting a vrbo.

The house was decorated so well and it was very homey. The host was amazing and very courteous.

What an exciting place with all kinds of unique items to check out. When we arrived we had a scavenger hunt for the army men that kept my grandson busy while we unpacked. All supplies were there and extra for us. We were close to Aquarium and concert venue. We had our two dogs and enjoyed the fenced in back yard and alley. The unit was very clean and did well for our family! Thank you!!

This is a cool house in a great location. Not only is it very clean, but there are a lot of personal touches which make it feel very welcoming. My wife and son just wanted to move right in!

Perfect location for attending a concert at Andrew J. Brady music center. Close walking distance to restaurants, and a great spot for traveling with our dogs.

We only stayed one night but the Tres house was wonderful.

This is the third property of Vicky's that I've stayed at and I've always loved my stay. The property is easy to get to, and super close to Cincinnati without being in the middle of the city. This host goes above and beyond for guests with complimentary coffee and small snacks. This particular rental also had a game of finding small soldiers and hiding them again, which my daughter loved. The theming is great but my daughter wanted to stay on the sleeper sofa cause there's a TV in that room. I loved the retro room, as it reminds me of my childhood. We always love our stay and will book again on our next trip to Cincy.

We came into town for a weekend graduation. The location was perfect and the house was just what we needed to recoup from all of the events.

Had a few friends from out of town come to visit for a birthday brewery hop and landed on this property. This home was charming, full of character, and very well kept. The proximity to downtown Cincinnati was super convenient and the stay was priced much better than anything in Cincinnati proper.

Great place to stay for the weekend. Came to town for Reds Family Day. This place was the perfect location to get to and from the game. Cute, cozy and comfy tri-level. Bed was very comfortable! The sheets are so soft and cozy! Perfect for what we needed. Owners were terrific!!

We love staying at the Tres House and have for multiple years and are already looking forward to coming back. We come in for an annual conference, and the house could not be better situated. It is only a 5-minute walk to the conference center and convenient to neighborhoods with great bars and restaurants.Vicky and Doug do a fantastic job of making you feel comfortable and the house has the basics covered. They are excellent hosts! No crazy check in/ check out lists. Just noting that this is a city and that there is some activity in the neighborhood, but we always feel comfortable walking around at night. If someone is not used to city living, I can see that they would feel a bit out of their element, but security is good and the house is always well-lit. Like in any city in the world, just be aware of your surroundings. A quirky, well-appointed house that is well-taken care of in a great location. Great hosts. We will be back next year!

We were meeting some friends in the Cincinnati area to spend some time and celebrate a birthday and decided to look into a VRBO instead of hotel rooms where we would have to congregate in a common area with loddy doddy and everybody. I'm so glad we did. This place was perfect for us! Its so adorable and cozy! I don't know how many times one of us said, OH, LOOK! so make sure to take time to actually look at things.Vicky was very responsive and pays attention to detail. I will have no problem booking this property again!

Lovely house in Covington, with lots of charm and excellent host!

Everything was neat, clean, and cozy. Communication with host was quick and easy. Very fun place to stay with plenty of room. Only things to be aware of... Lots of stairs (no problem for us, but could be for small children or older people) Parking is extremely tight, but free !!

This property is fantastic. It’s in a wonderful location where restaurants, bars, and shops are easy to walk to. The space itself has a fun, warm, and homey vibe, and the owners clearly enjoy hosting as they offer up a variety of games, snack items, and a huge book of suggestions for things to do while in the area. I would highly recommend this house if you find yourself in the Cincinnati or Covington area.

We loved the Tres House!

We stayed at Tres House while visiting our UC student and spent most of the weekend exploring Covington on foot! The house is an easy walk to great restaurants and local shops, as well as riverfront parks. We enjoyed exploring the house and loved everything about the beautiful architecture, unique decor, artwork, and thoughtful touches (including snacks!) that added comfort to our visit. This is our second stay with the hosts and we were happy to have a chance to meet them in person this time around. We hope to be back many times!

Just as advertised and more. Attention to detail was on point. It is a great place!
