Tres Flamingos 3bdrm 2.5 bath Townhouse 5 Min Walk Beachfront Pool

Property was amazing. Carissa is the perfect hostess. House was clean and comfortable. Fully stocked and lots of room. Everything you could ever want to do was within a short drive. Short walk to the beach and everything you could need is provided. Can’t wait to go back.

Our PCB vacation was awesome! Tres Flamingos was super convenient, just 5 minutes to the beach. They had a pool by the ocean with a restaurant, and we loved playing putt-putt, cornhole, and pickleball by the condo. We totally recommend this place for a well-stocked, cute beach getaway. It's got everything without the long elevator waits or noisy neighbors. We'll definitely be back!

This condo is perfect! Very clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you will need for an easy, relaxing vacation. Every detail was well thought out, and the communication from owner is fantastic! We will definitely stay here again!

Could not have asked for a better stay. Every little detail was met, property was clean and well maintained. The location was was outstanding. A quick 3 minute walk to the beach, short drive to anywhere you wanted to go in PCB. Great communication with the owner, although little was needed due to no issues to relay. This really was the most relaxing and worry free stay I've ever had in Florida. Highly recommended and looking forward to next year.

Our stay at this property was everything we could have asked for. Everything you need is provided by the property owner. All you need to do is arrive. We had a family of 6…..2 adults (myself and my sister) with our 5 children (ages 16-24) there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space and privacy. Board games provided great fun in the late hours. The pools, pickleball and tennis courts were in very close proximity. (Even cornhole) If I could have walked out the back door to the beach I probably would have never left. Lol! But the beach is a very short walk from the unit and easy to get to and enjoy with the wagon and beach accessories provided. I highly recommend this unit and will definitely be staying again in the future.

We were in town for a wedding. We had lots of room for our group. The unit is clean, well-stocked, and Carissa is very responsive--although we didn't need her for anything of concern. We'd definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful week at Tres Flamingos!Pros: Spacious condo, wonderful neighborhood amenities, location of condo to pools and courts, very well stocked kitchen, well stocked tote of beach supplies (the wagon is great!), comfy beds and comfy couch, a great extended patio space, quick and easy communication with Carissa. Cons: Condo was NOT the cleanest - hairballs in the corners of bathrooms, crumbs and wrappers in the dining room, a pair of socks left under the bed. It was surface level clean but could use a good deep cleaning.Other: PCB in general is loud (we forgot about this from when we were there three years ago). This is no fault of the owner/condo, but just a general FYI. Lots of sirens, lots of planes/choppers flying overhead, lots of teenagers in big trucks with loud exhaust and booming stereos. This was not just on Front St, but also in the neighborhood. We were woken up one night at 2am with loud vehicles and kids yelling outside our window. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and Tres Flamingos is GREAT with lots to offer. We've just realized that PCB probably isn't the place for us. We prefer a quieter, less busy vacation destination.

2nd time staying and will definitely be back again. Condo is very clean, well stocked with everything you need and plenty of room. Close walk to the beach and convenient to restaurants. This was the first time renting a house and not being ocean view. This house was perfect! There was 8 of us. Plenty of room. Everything you could possibly need for cooking to going to the beach was provided. The kids could go outside and play on the playground and tennis courts without a lot of supervision. All around great place to stay!
