This fabulous home, with its four luxe bedrooms, hotel-quality linens, full kitchen, and inviting living and dining areas, is your first step to a first-class Austin getaway. Slip into steamy bliss under the rain shower in one of the home’s three bathrooms or cuddle up in the comfy King-size bed in the primary or one of the queens in the three secondary bedrooms.

Keep the family entertained or work from home with high-speed wifi and large smart TV. Stream your favorites on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and more! In the kitchen, you’ll find a full refrigerator with filtered water and an icemaker, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other cooking essentials. Enjoy a meal or morning coffee on the private backyard patio or come together at the large dining table. Cleaning up and getting ready to head back home is a breeze with the dishwasher and washer/dryer combo.

Free parking is available for up to two cars in the driveway and you’ll access the house easily through keyless entry. There is also plenty of street parking nearby if needed. Our home is equipped with a Grizzl-E Avalanche EV charger for your convenience. The charger uses the standard J1772 connector.

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro`s website).
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests` privacy.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties
4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused.
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don`t expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
