TreeTops: Whidbey Island bayside retreat with sound and Olympic Mountain views

A lot of nice little touch in the property that made us feel just like home. You can tell the home is well loved by the family and it even has a miniature train track that runs around the house. The view is gorgeous from the balcony and we enjoyed alfresco dining during our stay. Brenda is very responsive and proactive to communicate and check on us during our stay too. Highly recommended.

Wonderful home. We were on Whidbey for my sons wedding at Fireseed Venue. Great location and beautiful views. Bald Eagle lives next door and we watched him fly from the tree tops. Deer, bunnies and we saw a seal swimming in the bay. This home is ready to go and the owners are terrific to work with. I hope to return!

The hosts were amazing. They accommodated the needs of our big family. All of our little kids had a blast. Views were amazing. It was the perfect family gathering. Thank you!

A lovingly maintained home with a water view. Beds were very comfortable and the linens are excellent quality. There are ample dishes & supplies for a large group. The dining tables (one inside and one on the deck) are large enough for a big family. There are plenty of fluffy towels. There is a good supply of games & chidlrens toys if needed. We enjoyed our stay at Tree Tops House. you will, too!

Beautiful house with a lovely view. The house is huge and very well kept and stocked! A few notes: The upstairs bedroom is small while the downstairs bedrooms and common spaces (up and downstairs) are quite large. The beach access is actually about a mile away in the same complex and is quite rocky/mucky at low tide. Pickleball/tennis courts are nice. Thank you to the hosts for checking in and keeping us informed!

This place can hold the whole crew - literally! The crew of the historic Steamship Virginia V needed some bunks for our all-volunteer crew and this home met our needs and more! Although only three of us ended up staying here, we could easily have accommodated at least nine more people.All the beds were cozy, there are towels aplenty, and so many places for big groups to sit/gather! We thoroughly enjoyed the view and wish we'd had more time to enjoy the space. Entry was straightforward and hosts were easy to reach by text. Thank you!

Our Family arrived from the East Coast, California and Idaho. Tree Top was the perfect location for all of us to meet. Plenty of dining spaces, play areas for the cousins and easy access to Sandy Hook amenities. Our Family has had a cabin in Sandy Hook since 1962. Having a bigger place for our expanded family to stay was great. Everyone commented on how perfect it was.

My extended family stayed here for 3 days to attend our daughter's wedding nearby. This had lots of room for sleeping and hanging out and we were also able to prep food to take to the rehearsal BBQ held at a nearby park. The large side-by-side fridge/freezer provided us lots of room to keep the food cold. The upstairs bedroom has one queen bed and the downstairs rooms are large and have multiple beds in them. While there's lots of room inside, the space outside for kids to play is limited due to the steep slope of the property; that wasn't an issue for us but there is hardly any traffic out in front of the house. The place was really clean with everything labeled and the expectations of the visitors made visible. Communication with Dan and Brenda was super when we had questions before or during the stay. I'd highly recommend TreeTops for your south Whidbey Island excursions.

We had a wonderful stay! You can tell the hosts put love into the property with special touches here and there. This was our first getaway with our baby and they made it feel like a home away from home. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Quite nice visit, easy access and beautiful view. My niece and nephew had fun with the mini telescope watching the gulls on the ocean.

This is a spacious place to stay- great for multiple families. There are 3 beds in each of the downstairs rooms, and we couldn't hear anything from other rooms. The owners were great and we have stayed here a couple of times, and will likely stay again.

Wonderful hosts and charming house with everything you might need! We loved our stay in Treetops. The large windows make the space bright and spacious and the views are superb. The kitchen was very well equipped and more. The kids were delighted with the large playing area. The hosts were super responsive, friendly and helpful; check-in was a breeze. They went out of their way to set up a cable for us to charge our car overnight. There was a sulfur smell from outside in the evenings, caused by the nearby beach air at night, though noticeable only if the beach facing windows were open.

Twice the space for the price of everywhere else we looked. Clean, spacious, well stocked, and with generous well prepared hosts. Excellent internet for an island rental, 100down/200up/7ms ping with a range extender on each floor. Offered us early check in and late check out, and when we had a brief two hour power outage (someone hit a pole), they immediately responded and walked me through firing up the on site generator. You wouldn’t know there was an outage at all, they were completely prepared, and have our thanks.

This property was a lifesaver. We looked for so long for a property to accommodate our wedding party and finally, by the grace of Dan and Brenda, we found this property. The first thing was the host responsiveness, they were so helpful and sweet. The property was clean, charming and exactly what we needed. We had a great weekend and the hosts went above and beyond, to the point where we were literally treated like family (I’m not exaggerating at all). Please stay here because this place was an absolute gem of a place!

Stayed here with a group of adults and children and everyone was blown away! The property was super clean and stocked with everything you need. They had very comfortable high quality mattresses for all beds (somewhat rare in rentals) that provided a good night sleep for everyone. Good sized upstairs and kitchen with amazing views. And a huge downstairs / rec room with big bedrooms that provided a ton of space for all of the family to hang. Beyond that, it was a short bike ride or walk down to a massive beach to enjoy some incredible sunsets in the very friendly community of Sandy Hook. We will certainly rent again.

So I myself did not stay here but I came back to it every night to hang out and have dinner. Why? I was staying around the corner and a rustic cabin on the beach but this place is so spacious, modern and inviting. Sometimes I dreaded having to go back to our rustic cabin. There is tons of space to roam around here! The house is in top notch condition along with the views. The wine they provided was a nice added touch! I would come back to rent this place in a heartbeat. Thanks again for having us

Comfortable, spacious, great view, very well stocked with all supplies imaginable. Brenda and Dan were very friendly and helpful.

The space and views are gorgeous, and the hosts were very attentive without being intrusive. We would definitely recommend staying at TreeTops!
