On the entrylevel you have Bedroom 5 with a queen bed, the laundry with washing machine and dryer, plus a bathroom with shower and toilet. Up another level to the main bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a queen and bedroom 3 has two sets of double bunks.
The next level has the kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dining and lounge room. All open plan with a deck off the side. On the third level there is another lounge room with large flat screen television and DVD player, and Bedroom 4 with queen size bed and television.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children`s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique `Indie Films` to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
