Treetop Retreat With Seasonal Views of the Kalamazoo River

This is a beautiful, comfortable house that we totally enjoyed! Decorated beautifully, great kitchen, such a relaxing setting, we loved all the natural light and views of the woods! The house is spacious, immaculate, top-notch quality and just delightful! Such an easy , quick drive to downtown Saugutuck also! Check out the retro boats to rent, so vintage and fun! Highly recommend treetop retreat!!

The house is cozy, spotless, big and packed with amenities, making it perfect for a trip with teenagers. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful, with easy access to Oval Beach, Douglas, and downtown Saugatuck. We had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to return!

Excellent space for families and groups of friends to enjoy Saugatuck/Douglas - plenty of space for our group of 7. Lots of spots to sit/relax on both levels, as well as the patio. Helpful communication and flexibility as well - Highly recommend!

Beautiful home in the woods! We had a great time and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the kids to play. Very clean and well-stocked kitchen. We really appreciated all the extra towels!

This was a beautifully furnished home on a dead end street which afforded lots of places for my grandchildren to play games. The house layout was great for three sets of adults and three kids. Everything we needed was provided. There was a lot of outdoor space and we took advantage of it playing games and eating meals. Downtown Saugatuck was a quick drive away. There was nothing I would change and totally recommend this home for your stay in Saugatuck.

This property is a gem and we would love to come back. The Saugatuck area is beautiful and convenient to boating, beaches, restaurants and more. The ownder were very prompt and responsive. The home was decorated beautifully and super clean.

We were very impressed with this rental. Extremely easy to communicate with property manager, extremely clean house. Looks better and bigger than the pictures as well, if I need a rental in Saugatuck I would stay there again.

Great property! We loved the decor and the patio.

The house is beautiful and made for a really enjoyable stay. We had 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids ages 2,3,4,5). The bedroom setup worked well, and the living and outdoor areas were great. The only item of note for other similar groups is that the one set of parents had to sleep on a different floor than the kids which wasn’t a big deal for us, just noting there is 1 bedroom up and 3 bedrooms down. Also, there is only one parking spot, so the second car had to park on the road. Also, not a big deal, just wanted to note for other groups. Overall, we would recommend this property to others in a heartbeat.

Great house! Spacious and clean! Plenty of space to hang out in the kitchen/living room. Also great location! Very easy to get into town. No complaints! Everything was exactly what I expected.

Our family enjoyed the size of the house, enough space to spread out. We ate meals on the patio and my kids loved they even had their own. Kitchen are was nice and had everything we needed. Not walkable to downtown Saugatuck but we knew that when booking. The city doesn’t have streets with sidewalks that are easily accessible from the property. However, you can always book a ride on the Interurban bus to pick upu up!

Our family of six adults and two small children checked into the Tree house an hour early. Our host was wonderfully accommodating. My three year old grandson gave the house its nickname. The house is beautiful. The view is so fabulous. You feel like you're in a forest or....up in a tree house. The location is close to everything we did in Saugatuck. It's close to Oval Beach and the Saugatuck Dunes Rides (which we loved!)!! The home was clean and and the special touches by the host were very appreciated. We highly recommend this rental and would love to return!
