Dreaming Tree is a Really Cool tree house you always wanted as a kid but much nicer.

Built by The Tree House Guys featured on their own TV Series.

Cabin is built around a tree forming the rustic ambience of tree house living.



The living area has a Tree, Pull out Sleeper (Queen) Sofa and a Smart TV.

The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, includes dishwasher, microwave, cooktop (No oven), refrigerator & washer/dryer.



The upstairs loft has a full size bed and is accessed by a ladder.

Guests have full access to cabin except for any locked owner closets.



The Neighborhood:

Deep Creek waterfalls and trails, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad, Nantahala rafting, Tsali mountain biking, and Cherokee casino visits. The NPS describes Deep Creek as a waterfall and hiking area just north of Bryson City; the railroad depot is in downtown Bryson City.

▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.



▶ This Home is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).



▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.



▶ We are happy to accommodate small to medium-sized pets (20-80 lbs, 15-40 inches tall). This guideline helps us maintain cleanliness and protect the condition of the property. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet per stay applies only if noted at booking. If not, we'll request the fee manually.



▶ No parties. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.



▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment and in any areas connected to it, including the balcony, entryway, windows, shared hallways, or any part of the building's premises that may affect other residents or guests.



▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.



▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.



▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted.



▶ TRASH: The trash is removed every Tuesday. If your reservation has fallen on these days, please kindly place the trash containers on the evening before outside by the road, and place them back after the trash is picked up, but no later than the evening of pickup.



▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.



▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we'll address them immediately.
