Tree Top Bungalow: 2-min walk to beach access, Private Pool

The property was not as nice as the pictures make it look. The pool what not a clear and nice as the picture shows. The furniture needs to be updated, it was very worn and outdated. The curtains on the windows were not very nice and there were no curtains on the windows in the loft. One of the biggest complaints is that we had 7 people staying for 6 days and they provided a total of 4 rolls of toilet paper, two tiny soap bars one in each bathroom and very small tube of shampoo, conditioner and body wash for 7 people. When I stay in a hotel I have enough supplies for my entire stay. I do not have to run out and buy more supplies.They provided no supplies other than the dishes in the kitchen. When you travel by air to get to your destination you do not bring everything with you. Then you have to go buy supplies at a grocery store. The supplies you buy are not in small 7 day quantity so you have to leave the rest behind because you can't take everything back on the airplane and who wants to carry everything back. That is the reason you go on vacation to leave all the troubles behind.For the price that I had to pay for this property I was totally disappointed in the furnishings and the lack of supplies. I would definitely find a different place to stay next time.

The pictures are not reflective of the property. This is fish camp. Not what we expected for 8 women in their 50s and 60s. We were only there 4 days and the pool was filthy and unusable the first 2 days. I expected a refund of our first day, at the very least. They sent me a 5% discount for another stay. Useless.

We were able to get in at the time they told us. The beach house was very clean. And very roomy. The four of us couples had more than enough chairs, beds, and kitchen supplies. There were seven bath towels there, which we didn’t even end up using some of themI’m not sure the ice maker was working, but there was ice cubes there when I got there. Someone thought the toilet off the master bedroom may have continued to run after we flushed it. But it only happened a couple times.We loved the place, especially the screened in porch overlooking the pool. And the pool was very clean. We had so much fun, we may rent it again next year.

Great location, close to great beaches. House also great with everything you need for a Florida get away!I would highly recommend this home for families. It is difficult for adults to get up the spiral staircase to the upstairs loft area with 3 queen beds. Worked out perfectly for our family.

We had a great stay! The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and the house was wonderful. The pool seemed to be a little chilly so we called and they had maintenance there right away to check the temperature and they turned it up without hesitation. The beach was a short walk anround the corner with the most beautiful sunsets. Overall would definitely recommend!

We do not recommend this place for a couple of months until the construction next door is finished. It was very noisy and very inconvenient. We should have been notified of this beforehand. On the second day of our stay the lawn mowing people came and started working in the backyard since the morning, which also disrupted our stay. It was very obvious by the bugs in the trash can that the trash has not been taken out in a while. It did not live up to the description. We called several times about the pool remote control and they were not very cooperative. The pool was also dirty.

Everything was great! We had one small issue with the shower, but they had someone out within the hour to fix it!

Location is great if you want near Bean Point.

I am extremely pleased with the accommodations, the place was perfectly suited for privacy, beach access and overall comfort. The staff went over and above to help us with access due to our less than competent internet skills. The staff handle things cheerfully and professionally. Will definitely visit again. I highly recommend this group.

Please keep in mind while they supply a small supply of dish soap, body wash, trash bags, there are no spices, no real containers to store anything in. It makes it hard to cook at the house when you have to buy all of the spices, containers to put things in etc. There was also a large boat parked under the carport, so if we would’ve had more than one car, there would’ve been no way to park it in the driveway . However, they do have a great supply of items to take to the beach. Was this our favorite short term? No, we say that because we are owners of a short term and maybe we’re just used to providing a lot more basic supplies. However, it is a short walk from the beach.

I loved the style and charm of this home! The locatiin is only one block with public access to Bean Point beach. A cool clean pool for family gathering made our stay enjoyable!

Superb property. Superb location. Floors were generally a bit sandy - which is to be expected, given the proximity to the beach. We weren't happy with the state the previous tenant had left the pool in, but it was quickly actioned by the hosts. All in all, a cracking option within a stone's throw of one of the world's finest beaches.

Loved the house and the heated pool. Short walk to the beach was perfect. Wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby. We loved the use of the beach chairs and starter kit of supplies since we flew in from out of state and couldn’t bring all of things with us. Beautiful place and we will definitely be back again.

Plenty of room for a family with a 3 minute walk to the beach! Quiet location considering how busy the island is.
