Tree-lined coastal home with wood fireplace, yard, W&D, & games - dog-friendly

Very nice kitchen with everything you need. Great TV. Lots of space and in a great area close to everything. My one complaint is that the upstairs bathroom was the tiniest full bathroom in the world. Really it should win the record.

Amazing location, close to Manzanita main street and beach, and near to other great beaches in the area (Short Sands was our favorite!) Took day trips to Seaside and Astoria as well. Very comfortable house for the three of us.

This house is newly remodeled and very clean. nice yard with loads of birds. about 3 blocks from beach (up a hill) but doable for all even with creaky knees. 3 blocks from Laneda and shops. Beds are comfy. It's very quiet at night. Kitchen is well appointed with new appliances. We cooked all 3 nights and found everything we needed.

Dishes and kitchen walls were dirty. The place needs a deep clean. That was not great, but we were willing to just ignore it. Then my wife went to bed and felt sand in the sheets at the bottom of the bed. This means someone with sandy feet was in the bed and the sheets were not washed. They just remade the bed. I tried contacting the host but no one got back to me. Apparently Vacasa is a national vacation rental company, with their own app and everything, so it’s just another layer of bureaucracy in VRBO. I got messages back from some tier 1 support people and waited on hold 20 minutes to talk to another support person. They all told me they couldn’t do anything, but they would request for the local manager to call me. No one ever called. I had several more issues including the WiFi going out. I reported all of these over the course of my 4 day stay. Still no help. I also asked for a discount because of these problems, but again I was told I would have to wait for a call from the local manager. I’m going to contact VRBO support now. Wish me luck.

Loved the property, very well cared for . The only complaint would be no Kleenex, and the upstairs shower so small! But I would stay again.

This house was very comfortable for my family. The location is great. We could easily walk to the beach, downtown or the grocery store. The house is beautiful with comfortable furniture. We plan to come back next year.

We loved the location which was a little off the main thoroughfare, because of the tranquility of the neighborhood. The beach was a five-minute drive (which we had to do because of our ten-year-old canine), or a fifteen minute walk. The instructions for entry were sent via text and easily understood. The home itself was modern, well-appointed appliance wise, and spotless. I don't mean clean, spotless. This really added to the vacation, and was by far the cleanest property we've stayed in. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The house was very comfortable for two couples. Two king sized beds, two separate bathrooms. There is a third bedroom for even more guests. The beds were comfortable wirh firm mattresses. The listing says no central air, but there is a unit upstairs that cools the whole house nicely. Downstairs always stayed very cool and we were there in a heatwave. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked and ate on the deck every night. Best of all, you can walk to town and the beach. It's a lovely, shaded property with spaces to sit outside.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood and has ample room. It is nicely furnished with comfortable seating and sleeping. It is well set up for dogs, and I appreciated the “amenities” provided for dogs. For a rental unit, the kitchen has nice equipment and dishes. Especially enjoyed seeing a Steidel print in the upstairs bedroom (Oregon coast artist from the 80s).

Very comfortable clean house. Close to beach and town. Quiet street. Lots of space and well stocked kitchen. Great kids space. Only issue is that upstairs bathroom is teensy. Hot tub would make it perfect for rainy days.
