This house is recently remodeled. It has a large deck with seating for 10. There is a perfect reading patio overlooking the gardens. Flooring is tile and LVP. Parking available for three cars in the back and one in the front. The house is 1,100 s/f two bedroom one and a half bath. The house is close to the downtown area, Winthrop and the Indoor Sports Complex. Many restaurants in the area. Please don't hesitate to ask for suggestions.

Stayed Oct 16, 2025Nice property, but I have several suggestions:1)The high-top table & chairs were hard for old peeps like us to use. A regular small table & chairs would work better (in our opinion)2)Replace the love-seat with a recliner or a comfortable separate chair3)The kitch was completely devoid of spices. Might be a good idea to leave some salt & pepper around on a regular basis

Stayed Jul 28, 2025Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home. We especially loved Glencairn Park. Our Boston Terriers were so excited as it is just across the street. Check in was easy and fast. Very nice updated Kitchen with clean appliances. The location is convenient to multiple restaurants and stores.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025This property was excellent for our stay in Rock Hill to visit with family. It was very spacious and loved the outdoor decks! I will say the driveway is very steep, but nothing that cannot be managed. Very clean property and lovely neighborhood.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025We were in town for our son’s orientation at Winthrop so this was the perfect spot for us to be close to the university, as well as lots of other things to do in our free time. We will certainly stay here again over the college career of our son.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025House is adorable inside. Clean, decorated cute. Driveway was a bit messy. Raining and car was covered in red dirt and so were our feet. Hard to even get in the door without tracking dirt, mud or what looked like straw. Driveway was steep but not a problem there reallyWashing machine sounded like a jet. We only did a small load because we were afraid it might break or flood. I did message owners on thisInside is adorable!!

Stayed Mar 7, 2025Friends and I stayed here in our way down to Daytona. House is very clean with comfortable beds. Overall mostly quiet although we did hear some distant gunshots at night. Neighbors had a party while we were there but we never heard them. No complaints at all. Will definitely stay again. Thank you
