1 Story Townhome in Rock Hill, close to Charlotte, Lake Wylie, Carowinds & I-77.

Very clean and comfortable

We have stayed at this property a couple of times and is very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and places that we needed to visit. Neighborhood is quiet and townhome had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. Owner made the check in/out process was very easy. Our only feedback is we forgot coffee and would have been nice if there was a little to at least make a cup/pot to get us by until we got to the store. If available, will be booking again for our next visit.

We booked this property very close to our visit to Rock Hill, SC as our friends had family in town at the same time. This property put us 5mins away from them and was more comfortable than a hotel by a long shot.

This is an excellent property. Kitchen is more than adequately stocked, just like home. The space is very homey and comfortable. We have stayed here before this visit. It will be our goto when visiting the area.

Property was nice enough , Check in was easy . Tub wasn’t clean and dog hair in the corners despite no dogs allowed

Had a nice stay with 4 of us visiting our family. It is a good location as we have family in Tega Cay, Lancaster and Charlotte.

We visited with family and watched baseball. Great location for us to base out of for ten days. Condo is very nicely decorated and kitchen is nicely equipped/furnished/supplied! Thank youI would recommend the carpet in the office needs cleaned. We will definitely stay again. Thank you

We needed a location that was close to the aquatic center in Rock Hill and this was perfect. Wife and son stayed for the weekend of the state swim meet. They reported that everything was great and they would absolutely stay again.

Vert comfortable and clean!

We are moving to Rock Hill and needed somewhere to stay and house hunt for the week while our house was being shown. It was very clean, well equipped, and the perfect size and location for our needs. High-speed internet with one wired connection available was super useful for three adults who all occasionally work from home, and the Roku was a great flexible entertainment option. Host was super communicative and kind - highly recommend!

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay during a short work contract. Clean, comfortable, and most importantly I felt safe. Love that the owner asks you to come up with your own code for the door lock. This was the first time I didnt feel the need to use additional measures for my safety while inside. I would definitely stay again if possible.

This was my second extended here while working in the area. I stay in a lot of VRBO's. The owner of this property is the best I have ever had. Their communication is top notch. The property is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice. I would highly recommend this property. I will definitely be staying here again.

From the start, communication was easy with the host. The property is as described and was a great place for my friend and I meet up for a weekend of watching football catching up. Pretty much everything you would need in the kitchen and super comfy sofas.

Clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with numerous amenities. Perfect for a work trip.

Quiet, clean, and all the furnishings you need to cook or relax. Location is just off the hustle and bustle of Rock Hill, but just about everything is a short 10-15 minute trip from stores, venues, or restaurants. You certainly would not go wrong staying here for anything you have happening in the Rock Hill area.

This property is so homey and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The bed is very comfortable and storage (closet & drawers) are ample. The kitchen is nicely stocked and everything a person needs is right here to prepare meals. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will stay here again for future visits to our son & family.

The property was very clean, organized, and had everything we needed, so we didn't have to bring anything such as linens or towels, plenty of dishware, washer & dryer. The house is nicely decorated with scenic art and positive affirmations. We had a very comfortable stay. We relaxed by sitting outside on the back porch in the evening to read, listening to the birds and watching them in the woods. It's a lovely home away from home. Thank you for making everything so easy.
