Treasured Times - Luxury Home, Pool, Bikes, Beach Access!

We loved the house! Plenty of room for my husband, two teenage daughters and myself. The location was quiet and an easy walk to the beach.

We enjoyed the pool.Some of the cooking utensils were old. You need to have dish towels in the kitchen. Two stools in the kitchen need to be fixed or replaced.

Overall a good stay. When we arrived, the kitchen floor still had some food crumbs. And, the cooking pans were in bad shape….coatings scratched or not cleaned.

A wonderful beach week with our adult children and son-in-law. The house was exactly as described. Easy walk to beach and nearby restaurants. Time together we treasure.

We had a great time this fall break. The house was great for my family and the location to the beach was just a short walk. Great spot right off 30A!

We went back and forth about a house vs staying on the beach in a condo. So glad we chose house! There were only 3 of us so we didn’t need all the space. The house was nicer than photos and in good condition for a rental ( of course some minor wear and tear). Gray paint is odd for a beach house. Enjoyed all the decks (5!) and each had Adirondack chairs but would have been nice to have a 4 person table (one high top off kitchen with 2 seats). Front decks in sun in morning and back in sun in afternoon. No house on one side and had magnolia trees (which were blooming in late April!) which made it feel private and could leave blinds open. Wish there were some blackout shades in bedrooms (just wood blinds) and door mats inside. Decent furniture for price. Echoey, but what beach house isn’t? One coffee pot stopped working but there was a backup. Kitchen mostly equipped but could have used more storage containers and salt/pepper. Pool is close and seen from front of house and was nice after our toddlers afternoon nap and rarely had people there (late April offseason). Beach is a close walk (and seen from top balcony) and we used a wagon to haul kid and junk but rented chairs/Umbrella setup from Vacazyen at gulf heights access (southern rental vacation company said this was not an option but several companies setup there). Also rented bikes which made gulf place trips super quick (coffee, candy/ice cream, dinner). King master would have been nice.

This was the ideal place for us! It is close to the beach and in a nice secure neighbor. Ice cream place, restaurants and shopping all within waking distance. Clean and safe area.

Booked less than a month out, booking was easy, there is an app to provide all info for your stay! Very spacious and easy walk to the beach. Everything listed is provided and was in working order! Views of the ocean from third floor balcony was amazing from sunrise to sunset! Not beach front but literally 3 houses away! For the price and close proximity to the beach you can’t go wrong! So much space for any family with kids!
