Family had a blast, they loved the home so much we needed to drag them out of the house to see Saratoga. Convenient to everything in and around Saratoga.

From the booking, check-in to check-out process Patrick, the owner, was great. This home is spacious, well planned out and fully equipped with all that we needed. The pool, spa and other amenities were excellent and made it difficult to leave this oasis and venture out into town. This home is in close proximity to the race track, speedway, grocery stores and many dining establishments in Saratoga. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We are looking forward to a future stay.

House has everything you need and even things you didn’t know you needed.

We stayed in a pretty large group and the house is really incredible. Spacious, delightfully decorated and equipped, and overall a great space to spend time in any weather. Saratoga is lovely but the house and great host really made the trip we took (thanks Patrick!) . Very reasonably priced, it looks even better in person than it does in the pictures - will definitively be coming back!

This home is large and comes complete with everything you need for a nice, relaxing time. We enjoyed the big yard, pool, and hot tub! Location is excellent, close to I-87 to get down to Albany or up to Glens Falls. Track and downtown Saratoga are a short drive away. Great options too watch UHD TV or movies, and my son even enjoyed the piano.

This was a very nice home with plenty of space and very clean. It was in a great location to downtown and other activities. Owner made things very easy with good communication and hospitality.

The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. Patrick was so nice and was available whenever we had a question. He made you feel like you are at home. The pool and hot tub was great. I would highly recommend this house and will absolutely stay there again.

Great location, Great host, Great house ! Quiet street a few mins drive to Caroline St or the track. Deceivingly big inside. Plenty of room for up to 10 guests. Plenty of sleeping areas, linens provided. Patrick made sure whatever we needed was there and then some. Backyard was big, pool and spa were also a plus. Sunroom rocks for breakfast or just hanging out. Don't hesitate to get this house. A home away from home !
