Tranquilla Villa. Bi Level Deck, HOT TUB, fire pit, grill, Movie & Game Rooms!

Host was very communicative and space was clean and friendly! Hot tub was great and gameroom!

We couldn't have asked for a better place. We did a family trip with 6 children and 8 adults. The house very accommodating and had everything we needed. The pool table and hot tub were a bonus. Kristin was very accessible and made our trip seamless. I would definitely go back again

The owner was very responsive to all inquiries throughout our stay. However, there was an issue of insufficient hot water for such a large group of people throughout the stay. Also, upon arrival a few unsanitary issues were noted when couch beds were pulled out, such as: what appeared to be mice droppings on the mattress in the living room area and trash left underneath the mattresses. Thank you.

Kristina was very responsive prior to arrival and throughout our stay at this lovely home. Upon arrival, the house was clean with available bed linens, towels and bathroom supplies. The kitchen was fully stocked with every available kitchen utensil, plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc., for this large group. All TVs worked and internet access was available, reliable and fast. Due to the cold weather (and snow), we couldn't enjoy all available outside amenities, however the deck heater came in handy to comfort guests while having a drink outside. Check-in was a breeze, and the community staff was very accommodating and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving with our friends. Property was exactly as listed and it is sparkling clean and well maintained. Property had lots of board games. Pool table, poker table and lots of books and dvds. They have a wonderful deck which is perfect for partying. However we couldn't use it since the weather was too cold outside. House was warm and cozy. You won't feel the cold air coming from outside.Katrina is wonderful host and she is prompt in responding to all our questions.

We had an amazing weekend stay! The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The hot tub and game room were perfect for relaxing and having fun. Kristina was a wonderful host, very kind and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Kristina is a great host and very communicative, she responds promptly and is helpful during your stay. Me and my friends had a good time. There’s a lot to do at the house (love the jacuzzi) and in the surrounding area (great hikes nearby). It’s also kid friendly as we had a baby and a toddler staying in the house as well. They provided toys, a gate to block the stairs, a high chair, kids plates and cutlery, and more!

This place is clean, family friendly and as decribed in the description. 11 people stayed this Labor day weekend and was accessible to all the Pocono Mountain activites. Great location. Will stay again in the future.

Nice house and community. We were 4 families staying with 9 adults and 7 kids. There were lot of games for kids to play. Hot Jacuzzi and Karaoke music made our day. Patio is super with Grill and fire pit which we took full advantage of. The community Pool, park and lake is also nice place to hang out.

Such a wonderful trip to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday! We stayed in this house with 3 other families and there was plenty of space for all to sleep and cook/eat together. Kitchen had all the amenities, house was clean, and the deck was beautiful (with fire pit, table/chairs, and hot tub). Game room downstairs was great for kids of all ages!

Great place for a party!

The house was lovely and just what we needed after a long day. There was a bit of a snafu with check-in that made the process a little lengthy and uncomfortable, but other than that instructions were clear and thorough. Once through we had a very pleasant evening with everything necessary, and enjoyed making a beautiful family-style breakfast together in the morning in the well-prepped kitchen (cookware and the like, we went grocery shopping for food). The price is a little high for me, but it was a nice enough experience that I'd come back if I had a large group again and the opportunity arose. Thank you!

Kristen was awesome and very communicative. The house was perfect for our large group we all had privacy but also space to hang out together. Very close to our snow activity. We would definitely recommend.

Family and friends, 8 adults and 8 children from ages 6 to 15 enjoyed the house with plenty of room to play games and sleep. The host was responsive, house rules were reasonable and easy to follow, and the check-in process was quick. Location was close to skiing and snow tubing. Great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely, well-maintained home, fully equipped for groups of 12-14. It offers plenty of entertainment options, including a pool table, karaoke setup, poker table, and hot tub (which we couldn't use due to the weather). Overall, a fantastic place for a group getaway!

We stayed here with a large group of friends, and the house matched the description perfectly! We especially enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace, which made for a cozy atmosphere. The game room was a highlight, and the karaoke machine added so much fun to our evening. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in and check-out were flexible, making our trip even smoother. Highly recommended!

This was our family’s 2nd time staying at the property, we went for our daughter’s birthday weekend. The house is cozy, they have pretty much everything you need as far as linens, towels, utensils, etc. We definitely plan on returning. The kids had so much fun, we had ages 13,13,8,7,3 also our two 23 year olds. The host Kristina is great! Looking forward to coming back.

We are very satisfied with our stay, the house was perfect! All necessities were provided for us, so we weren’t missing anything. The rooms were extremely well maintained and comfortable for each of my family members. The neighborhood is greatly secured as you can only enter the area through the gates with a pass. The host, Kristina, was excellent and answered any questions asked, such great communication! Would recommend staying here!!
