Excellent host. Room is not big but you have a lots of privacy. No stairs to climb. Washroom is clean. There is a little area with microwave, coffee machine, kettle and your own fridge.

I was very satisfied. The owner was kind, and I was able to spend my time without any inconvenience.

It was a lovely place to stay. Very quiet area. Not far from the bus stop to that takes you directly to the sky train. The place is very close to the airport so it is convenient if one is doing travels by air.

The place was nice, clean, and well-prepared with all necessary items. The host was very dedicated.

It was very nice and clean with a lovely fragrance. There were two softer pillows and two harder pillows on the bed for different preferences. Very quiet, safe, friendly neighborhood. I would stay there again.

Overall excellent stay!

The property was ok. The pillows were flat. There was not any plates or forks in kitchenette. There was not a tv in bedroom. Also I could hear walking across the floor, conversations and water running above our bedroom ( I think a dishwasher at 10 pm). I assume in the upstairs living quarters. We had to be up at 3am.

I have stayed here multiple times. It's quiet, clean and the host is great.

Great place to stay for a lower price , close to airport

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower has great water pressure, and the host was friendly. It was a little far from central Richmond but close enough to bus stops to make it not much of a hassle.

Our host were very accommodating for our need to drop off our luggage early so we could drop off our car in town and come back later on. Very clean. Very gracious very friendly. Just perfect for an overnight return trip from Vancouver.

Clean, Comfortable, good location, easy to find, parking options were, good communication from the host. I would stay there again!

Everything was clean, neighbourhood was quiet and near to the airport (12-15min by Lyft). I met Spring and she was very nice and pleasant. Shower had good pressure and was roomy, the bed was comfortable. Amenities were all provided as listed. No complaints!

Spent the night in Vancouver and I’m really glad I chose this stay since it’s so close to everything and very clean. I slept well and the bed was very comfortable and cozy. I will definitely be booking again in the future and would recommend to others

Very comfortable and clean place to stay! The host was great, she communicated everything I needed before hand and checked in with us after the first night to see if there was anything we needed. It was less than ten minutes to the airport.

My husband and i stayed at spring's home for 3 nights during our vacation in Richmond. Spring was a wonderful host. She waited up for us to check in despite our late arrival. The hospitality and willingness to provide assistance in locating local restaurants, grocery stores as well as fun places to visit in Richmond like fisherman's wharf (dont forget to try the grilled fish, chips and gelato ice cream when visiting as recommended by spring. We tried it and was awesome. . The room was cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was also sparkling clean. She was always quick to respond to us and ready to help in anyway.Spring was a friendly and respectful host. The location of her house is great with good and safe neighborhood.I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a comfortable and clean place for short and long stay.

Very quiet, clean, cozy, and welcoming space for our honeymoon. Excellent host and we even got free chocolate! Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect for our one night stay to break up a long drive. There is a space heater if the room gets cold.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. It’s located in a very nice neighborhood and the room/bathroom was clean upon arrival. Spring was easy to contact and my husband and I would definitely come back if we needed to.
