Stayed Jul 25, 2024We stayed 4 days on a vacation & enjoyed the stay. We are already planning next years stay. The owner communicated quickly and answered all questions. It was clean, and plenty of room for us. Great location, we visited port Aransas, rock port & corpus & not a bad commute to any.

Stayed Oct 13, 2025There is a mouse living in the house, and I am so glad that my wife never saw it. She said that she saw a big roach, but nothing about the mouse, and I never saw the roach. Mayb same thing. The blinds in the bedrooms let in too much sun light during the day, when we slept, as we fished all night and slept during the day. The water in the bathroom sink came out only in a trickle, both hot and cold. The flooring in the kitchen needs repair, as several pieces of boards are broken out.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024The space is larger inside than it appears in photos/from the outside. Very clean. Cupboards very well stocked with all essential cooking implements (pots, skillets, glassware, flatware, coffeepot, etc.). Simple, fun decor. Lots of light sources. Being HEB-adjacent made for quick food/beverage runs. Conveniently located near Port Aransas and Rockport. Multiple streaming services on flatscreen TV. Would definitely stay here again!
