If you have more guests, the sofa also has a queen-sized pull-out bed.

- No Smoking in the home.
- Do not bring sandy/muddy footwear or clothing into the home.
- Please do not open windows or leave the doors open.
- Do not use bath towels outside, at the beach, or on boats. They are for bathing use only. Beach towels have been provided for outdoor activities.
- Do not attempt to access the owners closet.
- Do not clean fish inside the home. There is a fish cleaning station on the pier.
- Do not fry turkeys at the home.
- Do not put potato peels, watermelon rinds, bones, or other large items down the garbage disposal. You will be charged a $75 service fee for a clogged disposal.
-Do not over fill washer and or dryer. ( You will be charged for repair/replacement fee for misuse of appliances)
-Do not wash white towels with colors.
- Please be mindful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00pm - 7:00am.
