Tranquil Vacation Home in Makaha Valley Near Beach w/Exterior Dining & Bbq

The House was perfect for our stay, and it was easy to find

Great space for family with breathtaking views. Loved the fact that everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed but dishwasher was leaking so we ended up hand washing. Clothes dryer took a long time to dry clothes. Location was further from attractions than expected. Because of traffic it took us two hours to get to Pearl Harbor and other side of island one way. Pool, hot tub and exercise gym were fantastic.

Our group of seven (five adults and two children) spent almost s week at this vacation home, and it was a wonderful experience. The sweeping views of the Makaha Valley paired with the ocean backdrop were simply breathtaking and awe inspiring. Every morning felt like a postcard moment.The house itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our group. It had everything we needed to feel at home.While the drive to popular tourist spots was a bit long, we appreciated the chance to see daily life on the leeward side of the island. It gave us a more authentic feel of the community and appreciation for life in the county.Living in a gated community added a sense of security and warmth. Each day we were greeted with smiles and friendly alohas, which made us feel very welcome.The gym and pool were excellent and well-maintained. Inside the home, the kitchen amenities made cooking easy, and the inclusion of beach towels and toys was a thoughtful touch that the kids especially enjoyed.Overall, this stay gave us both comfort and connection—beautiful views, a welcoming community, and amenities that made our vacation stress-free and memorable. We would happily return!

House was just as described with everything that we could possibly need (including hand soap). Beds were comfortable and a/c worked great! Would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and stocked with all the essentials. Great location in a gated community with Mountain View’s and a 5-10 min drive to the beaches. Mother-in-law suite sold it for us. Would definitely stay again.

Stay was fine Towels had different body hairs and dirt spots. We liked the beach towels and accessories, and kitchen items.

This was a perfect house for our family of 6. The location is convenient to the local beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. It was clean, comfortable and just what we were looking for. The views and the beach and surrounding mountains were spectacular.

Driving from the airport, we were skeptical because the town we drove through looked rough. We witnessed lots of homeless people wandering around and it was very sketchy shopping locally. Once we got to the prosperity, we were amazed how beautiful it was and it gave us peace of mind knowing we were in a gated community. The cons were the fridge in the MIL suite did not work properly & we reached out and was told someone would come and fix it & that did not happen. The back 2 burners on the stove in the main house didn’t work and we called because we had garbage overflow and was told someone would pick it up & that did not happen. We made it work but the communication to get our needs met were poorly handled. We will be back but unsure if we will use the same company due to the poor communication.

Yes it’s a bit far from all our excursions but if you want your privacy away from all the tourist this is your location.

Overall the house/community was good but lacking in amenities. The sheets and towels need to be replaced. They were very worn and there were not enough towels or washcloths. Two dish towels and one sponge are not enough for a week’s stay. We had to do multiple loads of laundry to have enough towels. The dryer isn’t the greatest. It had to be started multiple times in order to dry a load. WiFi was insufficient. We had use of the WiFi for about three days and it no longer worked.
