'Tranquil Topeka Getaway'

Host did a great job preparing the home for my family's stay. Place was clean and ready when we arrived. Host was responsive to any of our needs. The waiting snacks were a nice touch after being on the road a long time. Beds were comfortable - much better than any hotel. Only minor complaint my family had was the bathroom vanity was too tall for my 8 and 6 year old and there was no step stool. We used a wooden bench from living room and it all worked out. Also the 1 car garage wasn't wide enough for my truck, but not a big deal.

We returned to this property in early May. We again found it to be clean and comfortable. The location served our needs. And Manny is hands down, the best host around. Until next time--thanks, Manny!

The house was comfortable and clean enough, but the living room furniture is uncomfortable. I hit my head on the front porch light a few times because it's in an awkward location right outside the door. The owner did not respond right away, and twice responded without addressing the comment or question. It made it seem like they didn't really read what we wrote.

We have rented VRBO's from Hawaii to Texas and Manny was the most attentive host we have had. We so appreciate his checking in to make sure all was well. Adorable little home with all you would need to enjoy your time in Topeka. Manny thanks again we so appreciated you.

Cute little place in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfy. Had everything we needed for our stay. Good central location. Plan to stay again in the future!

The property was good and it met our needs for location and usage. It was nice and clean however the cleaning person did not leave us snacks on the counter as indicated by the owner. The beds are very hard and the unit would be better served by installing regular mattresses and box springs instead of memory foam mattresses that have permanent grooves

We had a terrific stay at this property. The house was clean and well-equipped. The location was convenient to the areas we needed to visit. Manny was an excellent host. We drove across the country in a snowstorm and immediately after unloading our belongings, he had the driveway shoveled for us. Such great service. Thank you Manny!
