This single-story home is part of the Desert Highland Gateway Estates on the northwest side of Palm Springs. It's a setting that gives you excellent access to neighborhood tennis courts, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (five miles), and the renowned restaurants, boutiques, nightlife, and cultural attractions of downtown Palm Springs (three miles).

Step inside to find an open and social space that's wonderful for entertaining. The eat-in kitchen is a home chef's delight, offering stainless steel appliances that include double ovens, a gas range, a French-door fridge, and a wine cooler. Host special dinners at the large dining room table, bring dessert outside to the patio, and stream movies and play board games by the gas fireplace in the living room once the sun goes down.

The three bedrooms in the main part of the house include two with en suite bathrooms, smart TVs, and direct access to the patio. The fourth bedroom is in a separate casita which includes its own smart TV, bathroom, and desk workspace.
