Stayed Oct 10, 2025Property was clean and had all the amenities needed. The yard is large and fenced in. It’s located near several restaurants and the beach. There is a tenant that lives in the basement part of the house. We never met them - only heard them come in and out. Although no one asked us to be quiet, I did feel a little on edge when my kids were playing or watching a movie. I kept asking them to be quiet. It would have been helpful to know that the property has someone that lives there. I likely wouldn’t have booked since we have 5 kids.

Stayed Jul 10, 2024Great house in Orleans, close to Nauset (ocean side beach) and less than 10 minutes from Skaket Beach (bay side beach). Very clean and modern. It was hot and muggy when we stayed and the houses ACs were great. Each room has a newish unit, and the living areas have 2 large in wall units. I actually mentioned to my wife that I'm not sure I stayed in a place with such great water pressure in the shower. I'd stay again.

Stayed Jun 24, 2024This was a nice property centrally located to lots of things to do nearby. We enjoyed the spacious living room and kitchen/dining area and there was plenty of space for the 6 of us. The deck area was a great place to take in morning coffee and watch the wildlife pass by too. It was a very clean and enjoyable property.

Stayed May 31, 2024We love this home, have everything you need, all rooms were well decorated and comfortable, have good patio and parking spots. Only 5 minutes to the beach. We had an amazing time in this house and we will be back. Perfect for families, nice and quiet neighborhood.

Stayed Feb 29, 2024Well appointed house on a quiet E Orleans street. Fenced yard and lovely deck. Perfect space for me and will be back again. Close to shopping and of course Nauset Beach.
