Everything was wonderful. The house was super clean and comfortable. Communication was spot on and the pool kept the kids happy. Look forward to a return stay.

Host was very helpful and responsive. The home was well appointed and comfortable for our group.

The house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the host was very fast. We walked the very safe and beautiful neighborhood.Would def stay here again.

Filled pails of recycling and nasty garbage left from previous tenants. I called and was told to put them in the garage which disgusted me. I put them out to the curb on the designated days instead myself.Car in garage w/ hood up and wires attached unsafe.Floor tiles in kitchen poorly repaired with caulk moved when stepped on & covered with a throw rug - unsafe.Wood strips between flooring loose - unsafe.Refrigerator missing door shelves/compartmentsTwin-bed room has no dresser Curtain rod in living room cheap. Fell several times when we shut the front door, so we left it down.Queen-bed room window completely filthy.Dining room and kitchen only had 4 chairs. The breakfast bar had 2 stools. Internet in and out constantlyLanai was ripped wide open in several places.Mold along the perimeter of the pool area.OUTDOOR RUG UNDER TABLE AND CUSHIONS ON CHAIRS FULL OF MOLD. THEY REPLACED THE RUG WITH AN UNSAFE VINYL MAT, SO WE FOLDED IT UP AND LEFT IT IN THE GARAGE. Cushions not replaced.Big cooler has no wheels; small cooler had no handle.A beach wagon and a hamper would have been nice.Cereal bowls would have been nice.More than 2 teaspoons would have been nice.On the other hand...The beds, pillows, and couch were comfortable. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood with a private yard. Lovely flower bushes with butterflies visiting regularly. Pool was clean and maintained nicely. The outdoor living area was nice and mostly comfortable.

We had a great time in Sarasota.The house is close to Ana Maria Island.The House is very cleaned and very organized.It has everything you need in the kitchen, Towels, pool, Grill, etc.We loved it. Very likely will be back again.Thanks for everything.

My parents and I regularly take a family vacation down to Florida and this house was perfect. The house is clean, spacious, and located in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool area is very private and tranquil. Beaches are close enough, although I would have preferred them to be a little closer. Host/management has very good communication. My only complaint is how heavily fragranced it was when we arrived, other than that we absolutely loved it and would have loved to stay longer.

Every was great about the house and expectations. Good location, accurate pictures, awesome pool and plenty of space. Super clean and updated. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was still a little chilly. The twin beds had some mattress issues as it sunk in the middle. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay while in town for a family event. The house was super clean and made for a comfortable stay.

exactly what we needed

My family and I enjoyed our stay over Christmas. We were visiting family who lived only two miles away. The location was great for us and the neighbors were friendly. Some of the beaches were about 20-40 min away, depending on traffic and a few grocery stores were only 5 min away. All the rooms were quite spacious and just like the photos. I had plenty of room to bake cookies, etc in the kitchen for our Christmas gathering. The beds weren't the comfiest for us(a bit on the hard side), but I think that's normal if you like your own bed, haha. I did have to contact them a couple days before arriving, due to not receiving the check-in details email(yes I did check the spam folder first), which the details were sent promptly with a follow up message to check the spam folder. So, that was good .. All in all, everything was great!

Me my son and our best friends went down for a quick birthday getaway. This house was beautiful and in a great neiborhood. We were out and about the whole trip but what time we spent at the house was great. The pool and backyard put it over the top. We will definitely stay here again!

Quick trip to bradenton, found this gem tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. With quick access to the beaches. Awesome place. Would like to cone back again.
