House was set up well for our group of three families with young children. It’s not pristine, but well represented in the pictures. Huge mudroom, perfect for lots of ski gear and nice views out the back. Management of the property by Vacasa was inexcusably bad. We reached out a couple days before our stay with some basic questions about the house and a request for a slightly later checkout through both the VRBO app and directly to Vacasa. We did not receive any response by a human until two days after our return. We did get an automated notification from Vacasa during our stay asking if we wanted to upgrade to a late checkout for a fee. Also, the driveway and front steps were covered with sheets of ice. Fortunately we didn’t have any issues during our stay - will stay away from Vacasa managed properties in the future
