Tranquil Retreat w/ Hot Tub, Large Patio, 2 living rooms

Property was mediocre. Outsoor area looked like it had not been cleaned from partiers from previous stay. Cigarette packs, debris, and beer cans, pile of ashes in outdoor fireplace. Gameroom cabinets looked partially rehabbed with tools and shelves lying inside. House felt like it was still being reno’d a bit. Bedrooms and baths were clean. Living room, kitchen also clean. Nice open floor plan. Would be nice if wood were offered, even if extra charge. Property gets an overall 3 stars but has potential for 4 stars.

2nd time staying here for our Annual Father / Son golf tourney. Place is perfect for golfers.

Hot tub was great to have after golfing 3 straight days.

This place was perfect for a guys golf trip. Location was great, neighborhood was not too far from any of the courses, restaurants, etc. that we went to. Having a game room and outdoor patio area was a huge plus during our trip! Only constructive feedback I have is that there may need to be a pest service done now that the temps have warmed up. Would definitely book this place again!

Super location close to commerce and golf courses. Plenty of space to kick back. Kitchen large and well stocked with essentials.

Golf trip with some friends from all around the NC area. The house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own bed, plenty of space and the outdoor patio is great. The game room was awesome for March Madness. Would come back and stay again.

We enjoyed all the amenities here and especially the close to proximity to the Pinehurst Spa and driving into Southern Pines. House is well laid out and thoughtful about what was provided. Would recommend!

Great house for a holiday week with family. Lots of beds and baths, two living rooms, well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood, great communication with host. Poker table, darts, board games, tvs provided lots of things to do indoors. Although we didn’t have time this visit, there was a large outdoor yard, screened patio, hot tub, grill, fireplace, etc outside. Great stay.

We had 8 adults for a father / son weekend. Place was great. Game room with multiple TVs and hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a round of golf.

Great trip and great host!! Great communicator, very easy and straightforward check in/check out process.

Ryans property was amazing. Great yard to hang out in.
