Tranquil Retreat at Ocotillo, 4BD, 2.5BA, Huge Pool With Heater, and Pool Table.

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric's home while in Arizona for our son's wedding. Eric was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and made everything easy. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had an amazing kitchen that was perfect for our family gatherings. We especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor living area, which were comfortable, relaxing, and a great place to spend time together. The location was excellent, and being close to Ocotillo Golf Club was an added bonus, as it's a fantastic golf course. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Every thing was wonderful! Great communication with the host. Really nice, helpful, and accommodating. They already have pool towels and sunscreen for guests. House was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Pool was amazing and great temperature. My only critique is that there was no kitchen hand towels or dish towel to dry the dishes and no broom to sweep.

This house was great. The master suite was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner was sure to provide plenty of unexpected products for our use. The bottle of wine was a special touch not to mention the bathroom product, snacks, bottled water and the drinks in the fridge. The pool table was a great addition to our vacation. The outside tv was great while enjoying the backyard. The heated pool was key for this time of the year, the pool was great.

We had a fantastic stay! The property has an amazing pool, nice bedrooms and a beautiful kitchen. The host was friendly and responds quickly. We hope to stay again in the future.

We booked this home for 5 adults attending a wedding in town. The space was perfect for us. The home is very nice, spacious and clean. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and using the outdoor space. Probably the best thing about this house was the thoughtful amenities. We have stayed in a lot of homes because we prefer the space of a home over a hotel room, and this home provided so much more than a lot of homes we've stayed at before. There was a great coffee selection, waters, snacks, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels and enough towels for use at the pool. These are all thoughtful extras provided by the owner and we were very appreciative of that. The communication with the host/owner was excellent and we would definately stay here again.

Eric was a fantastic host. The house has a great layout, was clean, organized and had many extra amenities (sunscreen, snacks, toiletries, etc.) that made our stay elevated and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed the home very much and it came as advertised. Eric was a great host and answered all our questions.

We arrived at 1am tired and hungry. Eric had snacks and waters ready for us. He made sure the pool was heated and in good working order. The house was beautiful and everything went smoothly! We loved it!

Eric was great. Enjoyed our stay. Appreciated all the extras.

The house was in excellent shape in a quiet neighborhood! The photos and description were all accurate. We really enjoyed lounging around on the patio! We would certainly recommend this house!

My family and I had a great time. This was a beautiful home in an excellent location! The pool was a great touch and there was plenty of space for us to hang out together or take in some quiet time alone. The host was very responsive and accommodating when possible. We definitely look at booking with Eric again! Thank you for helping make this Thanksgiving a memorable one!

Eric was great to work with and house is beautiful! Highly recommend!

this property was very lovely - high end finishes and very clean - great beds!

Only a couple of hiccups. Cleaners were not done at check-in, but we were still allowed entry since they were wrapping up. Front door did not unlock correctly - needs repair. Power went out which could have caused issues with property access since front door lock didn’t function correctly. Loved the place, pool and amenities, and the host was very communicative and helpful. We would stay here again! Excellent!

great property fantastic location highly recommend

Great family friendly rental. Check in was quick and efficient. Quite a few basic essentials/supplies were available which saved me a trip to the store. The pool and the pool table were a nice bonus. Eric was a great host and was easy to communicate with.

We absolutely loved this home and definitely recommend it. It is beautiful and well laid out. The backyard and pool are perfect. Communication was excellent and the house was very clean with lots of extras. We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Chandler.

Could not have been happier with the house. Will definitely be booking the same property again. The neighborhood was perfect the house was perfect got to spend the whole week with the grandbaby. The host is more than generous for providing everything they did.

This house was perfect for us and exactly as advertised. Extremely clean and functional. Excellent communication and more amenities than we expected. Thank you!

Super clean, cozy, and very comfortable!! Only 25 minutes to downtown phoenix. The heated pool was so nice! Eric was incredible, and very responsive. This is for sure the nicest rental I have ever stayed in!!

Everyone liked the beds and slept well. lots of additional amenities.

Property was terrific and just what we needed. Host was very accommodating although communicating in the system was slow. Main issue that we had during the stay was the acoustics were an issue, sound echoed quite a lot and made doing things in separate rooms an issue. There were a few items in the kitchen that might have been helpful to have, baking dishes, cooking utensils, longer handled grill tools and kitchen towels.

The house was great. Had everything you could possibly want or need, even some snacks, waters & beer. Has an espresso and Keurig. It is set up to enjoy inside and out. The pool table and Star Wars pin ball machine was fun. The patio area is great. The house is very clean. 5 star. Host was great. Very responsive.
