Tranquil Pondside Getaway

We had a wonderful time here. It was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting our relatives in the area. The kids could safely run and play in the large yard and the fire pit allowed for a nice evening campfire. The home was very clean and we loved the quiet country setting. We even saw several deer walking along the treeline one evening. The road to the property was paved and great for a morning or evening stroll. The host was very hospitable and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check-in and check-out was very easy. We highly recommend this home and will stay here again if we're back in the area.

The pictures truly don’t do this place justice! It was spotless and so much more beautiful in person. We knew it would be a bit of a drive from the larger towns, but that was exactly what we wanted—a peaceful, quiet retreat surrounded by gorgeous fall views. Sitting on the front porch with a cup of coffee in the crisp morning air was perfection.The home was spacious and thoughtfully stocked with all the little details that make a stay easier and more comfortable. It’s those small touches that really stood out. My teenagers said their beds were super comfy, and the master bedroom was as well. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and relax.We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the firepit because of a busy wedding weekend, but it was such a great feature and we would absolutely use it next time. The hosts were wonderful—responsive, thoughtful, and clearly take pride in their property.We have family in the area and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed for a friends wedding. The place was perfect and we loved the location, fresh air and quiet. The host was great with getting us the information for check and check out!

We had a wonderful peaceful stay. The house was perfect for our needs and the host was so accommodating to all of our questions. The only reason for the four star on the location is it was quite far from restaurants and such, but that is what made it peaceful I imagine. The location was beautiful easy to find and had good driveway and nice clean shaded parking so no complaints about that at all. We are back in this area next year I will come back and I'll return in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay at The Farmhouse. Although it looked small, it was very roomy with 5 bedrooms and an open living/kitchen floor plan. We had everything we needed right there. It was far enough out to feel like country living, but close enough to Cleveland for visiting Lee University. If find ourselves needing a place to stay in that area, we will definitely consider The Farmhouse again. Thanks for welcoming us into your home.

The pictures don't do the property justice, the place is beautiful! Only draw back is no outside lighting from the carport and additional fans in the house would have been nice. Would recommend to others

Home was very clean, check in was very easy. Very peaceful. Definitely would go back.

We really loved this house. The property is beautiful. We were there for 2 nights for a wrestling tournament so we didn’t have time to explore and enjoy the property as much as I would have liked. We had excellent communication with our host. They were quick to respond and react to our needs. Just a tip for anyone staying here: there are no food storage containers, foil, ziplock bags, etc. if you’re going to need them bring them. Otherwise we didn’t need for anything.

Our youth group LOVED this house! It gives you the comforts of home and is located close enough to the city (for shopping). We will be back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything was clean and tidy. The property was spacious enough for my family and the pets to enjoy.

We came for a family wedding and had 6 adults. Everyone had their own nice room except for the one married couple who were in the nice MBR. Peaceful place. We didn't have a lot of time to hang out there but would have been a nice place to do so!

It was a fantastic place out in the country. We had a great time. It was quiet. The pond was right next to the house and kids had a blast fishing. Place was great. Saw and heard all the wildlife.
